Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Jenis Proyek terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Beberapa Jenis Proyek Animasi Studi Kasus: Departemen Animasi PT X

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja persepsian dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions pada beberapa jenis proyek aniamsi dengan studi kasus di departemen animasi PT X. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan jenis proyek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh animator yang bekerja di PT X berjumlah total 64 orang animator yang berasal dari 3 proyek berbeda di PT X. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini memiliki masa kerja di atas 3 bulan. Analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan dari 3 proyek yang diteliti hanya kepuasan kerja proyek A yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

The research have a purpose to examine an influence of workload perception and job satisfaction towards turnover intention on several types of project with study case on animation department of PT X. Proposed hypothesis is workload, job satisfaction and project type have a significant influence to turnover intention in animation department PT X. Object of the research are 64 animators in PT X who work in 3 different project. Respondent in this research already have work duration minimum 3 months in the company. Multiple linier regression method is an analysis method used in this research to examine the hypothesis. The results showed that the workload has no significant effect on turnover intention; job satisfaction has a significant influence on turnover intention, and of 3 projects which investigated that only job satisfaction in project A that have an influence on turnover intention.
