SISTEM KLASIFIKASI CITRA DEWASA BERBASIS METODE DETEKSI WAJAH VIOLA-JONES

Penelitian ini berisikan tentang suatu sistem klasifikasi untuk menentukan citra dewasa dan citra biasa. Citra dewasa dalam penelitian ini diartikan sebagai citra yang bersifat mengandung unsur pornografi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggabungkan deteksi wajah dan deteksi warna kulit Hue dan Saturasi (HS) pada citra. Deteksi wajah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Viola-Jones. Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari deteksi wajah, dilakukan proses deteksi kulit pada citra. Kemudian Berdasarkan hasil deteksi wajah dan kulit, sekumpulan fitur-fitur diekstrak dan dimasukkan ke dalam pengklasifikasi (classifier). Selanjutnya pada proses terakhir ditentukan citra tersebut merupakan citra biasa atau dewasa. Klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam menentukan citra dewasa dan citra biasa yaitu klasifikasi daerah wajah pada citra, posisi wajah dalam citra dan perbandingan warna kulit dengan daerah citra. Masing-masing nilai threshold fitur ditentukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini berupa keputusan dalam menentukan citra biasa dan citra dewasa. Berdasarkan 30 sampel citra diklasifikasikan sebanyak 5 buah citra yang merupakan citra biasa dan 25 citra merupakan citra dewasa. False positif sebesar 2 buah citra dan false negatif sebesar 1 buah citra, dengan prosentase ketelitian sistem klasifikasi yaitu sebesar 90%. Hasil lain yang didapatkan adalah bahwa deteksi wajah dan deteksi kulit memainkan peran dalam metode penelitian ini yang merupakan unsurunsur dalam klasifikasi untuk menentukan citra dewasa dan citra biasa.

This research consists of a classification system to determine the adult and benign image. Adult image in this research was defined as image that is perceived as pornographic by Indonesian people. The method in this research combines face detection and HS skin color detection on the image. Face detection is done by using the Viola-Jones method. After getting the results of face detection, skin detection process is performed on the image. Hence, based on the results of face and skin detections, a set of features is extracted and inserted into the classifier. Finally, the classifier determine wether an image is benign or adult. The classification used in determining adult or benign image will be based on the percentage of face area in the image, the position of face in the image and the percentage of the skin color in the image. For each feature, the threshold value is defined in this research. The results of the classifier is wether an input image is benign or adult images. From 30 sample images, the classification process classifies 5 pieces of images as benign images and 25 images as adult images. False positive rate are 2 images and false negative rate is 1 image with the accuracy of 90%. Another result obtained is that the face detection and skin detection methods play a role in this research is elements in determining the classification for adult images and benign images.
