EVALUASI PENERAPAN SAP DI PT. MITRA SOLUSI TELEMATIKA

Informasi merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam perusahaan terutama pada level manajemen. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi (SI) dan teknologi informasi (TI) diharapkan informasi yang diterima lebih akurat dan selalu diperbaharui. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) diterapkan oleh perusahaan sebagai solusi atas pengelolaan informasi. Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) adalah satu produk ERP yang paling banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan besar dunia. PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST) salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan SAP. SAP telah menjadi “backbone” dalam bisnis PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST). MST melakukan upgrade versi SAP sehingga terjadi perubahan. Dampak perubahan terhadap pengguna dan faktor penentu kesuksesan penerapan SAP akan diteliti oleh penulis. Model sukses Ifinedo (2006) diigunakan penulis dalam mengevaluasi penerapan SAP di MST. Model sukses Ifinedo (2006) terdiri atas dimensi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas konsultan, dampak individu, dampak departemen dan dampak organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada penerapan SAP di MST - Jakarta. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengetahui kesuksesan penerapan SAP dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan penerapan SAP di MST. Hasil pengukuran dengan kuesioner dianalisa dengan software SPSS dan PLSgraph. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang diambil pada bulan Januari 2011, Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah MST sukses menerapkan SAP. Faktor yang menetukan kesuksesan penerapan SAP di MST adalah kualitas informasi, kualitas konsultan, dampak individu dan dampak departemen. Saat ini kualitas informasi dan kualitas konsultan perlu ditingkatkan.

Applying information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) are expected to receive more accurate information and always update. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implemented by the company as a solution for managing information. Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) is an ERP product of the most widely used by large companies. PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST), one of companies that use SAP. SAP has become the \"backbone\" in the business of (MST). MST was upgraded SAP versions so that there are any change. Impact of changes to the user and determinants of successful implementation of SAP will be examined by the authors. Success model Ifinedo (2006) is use author in evaluating the implementation of SAP in the MST. Success model Ifinedo (2006) consists of quality systems, quality information, quality consultants, individual impact, the impact of department and organizational impact. The study was conducted on the implementation of SAP in the MST - Jakarta. The questionnaire used as a tool to determine the successful implementation of SAP and to know the factors that influence the successful implementation of SAP in the MST. The measurement results with questionnaires will analyze with SPSS software and PLSgraph. Based on the questionnaires that was taken in January 2011. The results of this studied, MST was successfully implemented SAP. Factors that determine the successful implementation of SAP in the MST are quality of information, quality consultants, individual impact and department impact. Currently, the quality of information and quality of consultants needs to be improve.
