PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI SOFTWARE SAP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN ACCOUNTING PT HANJAYA MANDALA SAMPOERNA TBK

Teknologi informasi merupakan solusi dalam memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan memproses dan menyampaikan informasi. Penggunaan aplikasi teknologi informasi juga didasarkan pada pertimbangan utama perusahaan yaitu biaya dan benefit. Dengan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean dijelaskan bahwa untuk menguji kemanfaatan suatu implementasi sistem informasi maka dilakukan pengujian antara kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas layanan yang dihasilkan dengan dampak individual, karena dampak terhadap individu ini akan berdampak pada perusahaan secara umum. Pada bulan Oktober 2010, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna melakukan penggantian software Oracle dan menggunakan software baru yaitu SAP. Peralihan penggunaan software ini menimbulkan ragam respon dari karyawan, terutama bagian accounting yang merupakan end user SAP. DeLone dan McLean mengembangkan suatu model parsimoni (model yang lengkap tetapi sederhana) yang disebut dengan nama Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean (D&M IS Success Model). Model yang diusulkan ini merefleksikan ketergantungan dari enam pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi, yaitu: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Dalam penelitian ini akan diamati pengaruh implementasi software SAP terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian accounting pada PT. HMS dan peneliti mengumpulkan data dari karyawan PT. HMS bagian accounting agar dapat diperoleh informasi mengenai kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dari implementasi software SAP dan net benefit bagian accounting. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data terstruktur (structured data collection) yaitu berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SMARTPLS versi 1.01 beta. Dari hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa hubungan interdependensi antara system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit terhadap penerimaan karyawan terhadap implementasi software SAP dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian accounting di PT. HMS adalah rata-rata secara signifikan berpengaruh positif dan SAP tersebut mendukung kinerja bagian accounting PT. HMS.

Information technology is a solution in solving problems related to process and communicate information. The use of information technology applications are also based on the company's main consideration is the cost and benefit. Transitional use of this software cause various responses from employees, especially the accounting which is the end user of SAP. DeLone and McLean developed a parsimonious model (model complete but simple) called by the name of Information Systems Success Model DeLone and McLean (D&M IS Success Model). The proposed model reflects the dependence of the six measurements of the success of information systems: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. Observed in this study will influence the implementation of SAP software on the performance of the accounting employees at PT. HMS and the researchers collected data from the accounting employees in PT. HMS in order to obtain information concerning the quality system, quality information, and service quality and the net benefit of SAP software implementation. Data collection procedures used in this study is the collection of structured data (structured data collection) used the questionnaire form. Approach to data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using software SMARTPLS beta version 1:01. From the analysis and hypothesis testing showed that the relationship of interdependence between system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits to the acceptance of SAP software implementation and its impact on the accounting performance of employees in PT. HMS is on average significantly positive influence and support the performance of the accounting in PT. HMS.
