ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP IDENTIFIKASI RESIKO OPERASIONAL PADA BANK BNI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman, kemampuan dan sikap pegawai dalam melaksanakan proses identifikasi risiko operasional dengan mengambil sampel dari pegawai yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko di Divisi Operasional PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero, Tbk. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan sikap berpengaruh positif pada pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko operasional. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui cara purposive sampling, yaitu pegawai yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko operasional dari jenjang level manager (MGR) sampai dengan Vice President (VP) pada divisi Operasional. Sampel yang dipakai berjumlah 52 orang. Analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketrampilan dan sikap tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko operasional, pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko operasional. Pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pelaksanaan proses identifikasi risiko operasional.

This research aims to determine the knowledge, skill, and attitude of employees in implementing the operational risk identification process by taking a sample of employees involved in the implementation process of identifying risks in the Operational Division PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The hypothesis is knowledge, skills, and attitudes have a positive impact on the implementation of operational risk identification processes. The sample selection is done through purposive sampling, ie. employees who are involved in the implementation of operational risk identification process at the managerial level start from manager (MGR) to Vice President (VP) on Operational Division. Samples used amounted to 52 people. Analysis to test the hypothesis conducted by using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the skills and attitudes had no significant effect on the implementation of operational risk identification process, whereas knowledge has significant positive impact on the implementation of operational risk identification processes. Knowledge, skills and attitudes jointly have positive and significant impact on the implementation of operational risk identification processes.
