ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEUANGAN PADA USAHA KECIL DAN MENEGAH BERBASIS CLOUD COMPUTING SAAS (SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE)

Peranan UKM dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia terbukti memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar, namun untuk dapat bersaing dan meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensinya UKM membutuhkan sistem teknologi informasi yang memadai dengan sistem informasi keuangan yang lebih terjangkau namun memiliki security, reliability dan quality yang baik. Solusi sistem informasi keuangan pada usaha kecil dan menengah berbasiskan cloud computing SAAS(software as a service) dapat meningkatkan competitive advantage pada aspek waktu, biaya dan kualitas pada usaha kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking), dimana perancangan metode ini dilakukan dengan penelitian secara langsung dan mengumpulkan arsip terlebih dahulu untuk melakukan berbagai macam analisis, kemudian baru menentukan rancangan sistem yang seperti apa yang dapat digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Pada tahapan desain sistem penulis memberikan gambaran sistem yang sederhana berupa rancangan sistem informasi keuangan pada UKM yang terdiri dari integrasi ledger dan sub-ledger-nya. Penelitian ini memberikan konsep dengan memaksimalkan teknologi informasi yang ada dan berbasiskan cloud computing SAAS(software as a service), agar digunakan oleh UKM untuk mengurangi resiko dalam pengembangannya.

The role of SME in Indonesia proved to achieve the sustainable economic growth, SME would need an effective Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to compete and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency, with the affordable financial information system but has security, reliability and good quality. Solution financial information systems for small medium enterprise based on cloud computing SAAS (software as a service) increase competitive advantage on aspects of time, cost and quality in SME. The methodology of Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques (FAST) is used in this research. The author uses five of seven phases in FAST system development. These phases are the preliminary investigation, the problem analysis, the requirements analysis, the decision analysis, and the system design. before designing a system that required by SMEs, design method for the research it is done by direct observation and archival. At the stages of designing systems the authors provide a simple system of financial information system consist of general ledger and sub-ledger integration. This Research provides the concept by maximizing existing information technology and cloud computing based on SAAS (software as a service), to be used by SMEs to reduce risk in the development.
