EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI KIOS 3IN1 DENGAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) DAN USER SATISFACTION STUDI KASUS DI BLKI SEMARANG

Sistem informasi kios3in1.net merupakan salah satu layanan bentuk e-gov dari Kemnakertrans RI bidang ketenagakerjaan. Kios 3in1 mengintegrasikan informasi pelatihan, sertifikasi dan penempatan kerja dalam bentuk media web berbasis internet yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tenaga kerja yang berkompeten, terampil dan terlatih sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data pada tahun 2011, Kemnakertrans RI akan mencetak 82 ribu tenaga kerja terampil dan berkompeten lulusan BLK seluruh Indonesia. Jumlah anggota sistem informasi kios3in1 pada bulan Oktober 2011 sebesar 11.420 orang, dan anggota kios 3in1 di BLKI Semarang sebesar 2.503 orang pada bulan Oktober 2011. Implementasi sistem kios 3in1 di BLKI Semarang menimbulkan sikap dan perilaku pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan sistem informasi kios 3in1. Pada penelitian ini akan bertujuan memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai penerimaan sistem informasi dengan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan persepsi tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan model User Satisfaction tentang sistem informasi kios 3in1 di BLKI Semarang. Data penelitian diuji dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Variabel-variabel laten yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah : Information Quality (INFQ), System Quality (SYSQ), System Satisfaction (SYSS), Information Satisfaction (INFS), Usefulness (USEF), Ease of Use (EASE), Intention (INTN),dan Attitude (ATTI). Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa dijadikan masukan evaluasi bagi pimpinan dan meningkatnya tingkat penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi kios 3in1 yang up to date, efisien dan efektif.

Information system of Kios 3in1.net is one form of e-gov services from Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia field of employment. Kios 3in1 as internet web based media who integrates information training, certification and job placement are expected to increase labor force who are competent, skilled and trained so as to reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia. Based on data in 2011, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia will print 82 thousand of skilled and competent graduates from Vocational Training Center throughout Indonesia. The members of kios 3in1 on October 2011 are 11 420 people, and on October 2011 members of the kios 3in1 in Vocational Training Center of Semarang are 2503 people . Implementation of kios 3in1 in Industrial Vocational Training Center of Semarang causes user attitudes and behavior in accepting and using information systems of kios 3in1 . At this research will be aimed at obtaining empirical evidence regarding the acceptance of information systems with models of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the perception of the level of user satisfaction with the model User Satisfaction on the information kios system 3in1 in Industrial Vocational Training Center of Semarang. The research data was tested by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS software. Latent variables used in the study are: Information Quality (INFQ), System Quality (SYSQ), System Satisfaction (SYSS), Information Satisfaction (INFS), Usefulness (USEF), Ease of Use (EASE), Intention (INTN) , and Attitude (ATT). This study is expected to be used as input for the evaluation for leader and the increasing level of acceptance and user satisfaction 3in1 kios information systems are up to date, efficient and effective.
