ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN FARMASI DI RUMAH SAKIT MATA DR. YAP YOGYAKARTA DENGAN HOT-FIT MODEL

Analisis terhadap penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Farmasi harus dilakukan karena akan menilai atau mengukur manfaat yang didapatkan, dan untuk menemukan masalah-masalah potensial yang sedang dihadapi oleh pengguna dan organisasi, khususnya dalam bidang manajemen perbekalan farmasi di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit, sebagai acuan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang masih ada, sehingga dapat mendukung tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi. Model analisis HOT- Fit yang dikembangkan oleh Yusof et al (2006) menempatkan komponen penting dalam sistem informasi yakni manusia (Human), organisasi (Organization), dan teknologi (Technology), serta kesesuaian hubungan diantaranya dalam menghasilkan manfaat (Net Benefit) dari penerapan SIMF. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Mata Dr. Yap Yogyakarta. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif-kualitatif non eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Data kuesioner dianalisis secara deskriptif, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Pearson, uji regresi linier berganda, dan analisis jalur. Data kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara ditranskripsikan ke dalam bentuk catatan tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan pengguna, dan masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara pengguna-organisasi-teknologi. Hubungan antara Human- Technology dan Organization-Technology memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Variabel Human dan Technology bersama-sama mempengaruhi Net Benefit sebesar 88,7%. Variabel Human dan Organization bersama-sama memepengaruhi Net Benefit sebesar 87,8%. Variabel Organization-Technology bersama-sama mempengaruhi Net Benefit sebesar 75,3%. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan SIMF yaitu Human dan Technology, sehingga dengan peningkatan kualitas teknologi dan keterampilan pengguna, akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dari penerapan SIMF di RS Mata Dr. Yap Yogyakarta.

Analysis on Pharmaceutical Management Information System (PMIS) application should be conducted for measuring or estimating the potential benefit purposes, observing potential problems that organization and its members might be faced, especially on pharmaceutical inventory management of a hospital. The results of the analysis may be used as the references in order to improve the existing potentials, so the PMIS will be able to carrying on the objective, vision and mission(s) of an organization. The HOT-Fit analysis model which was developed by Yusof et al (2006) plays important role within information system namely Human, Organization, and Technology and harmonization among them in order to create Net Benefit from PMIS implementation. Research conducted in Pharmaceutical Installation of Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta. This research was conducted within non-experimental quantitativequalitative approach and applied case study framework. Questionnaires were analyzed by applying descriptive statistic methodology, Pearson correlation analysis, regression, multivariate statistic, and path analysis. Meanwhile, qualitative data were analyzed in order to establish the resume. The results of research showed that application of information system hasn’t fulfilled the user expectation yet. On other side, harmonization among user-organizationtechnology really needs improvement to happen. There are strong correlations between Human-Technology and Organization-Technology. Human and Technology simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 88,7%. Human and Organization simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 87,8%. Organization- Technology simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 75,3%. The most affective variable toward PMIS successful implementation were Human and Technology which means that certain improvement in the quality of technology & users ability would improve the probability to success of PMIS implementation in Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta.
