ANALISIS PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN PROYEK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETEPATAN WAKTU PENYELESAIAN PROYEK

Ketepatan waktu merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek industri manufaktur. Hal ini dikarenakan ketidaktepatan waktu dalam penyelesaian suatu proyek akan menyebabkan tertundanya proses produksi yang menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan industri manufaktur. Perusahaan industri manufaktur berusaha untuk meminimalkan downtime proses produksi mereka, karena jika terjadi downtime maka merupakan biaya bagi mereka karena proses produksinya tidak dapat menghasilkan produk mereka. Tulisan ini merupakan studi kasus di perusahaan yang melaksanakan proyek-proyek industri manufaktur terutama dalam sistem otomasi industri manufaktur. Studi kasus ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT Karunia Prima Engineering yang sebagai perusahaan yang melaksanakan proyek-proyek sistem otomasi industri manufaktur. Pada tulisan ini diambil 3 proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Karunia Prima Engineering untuk dianalisa akan manajemen proyek dan berbagai permasalahan yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek.

Punctuality is one important factor in the implementation of a project manufacturing industries. This is due to inaccuracies in the completion time of a project will cause a delay in the production process which led to losses for the company's manufacturing industry. Manufacturing companies trying to minimize the downtime of their production process, because in the event of downtime is a cost to them because of the production process can not produce their products. This paper is a case study on company that undertaken projects in the manufacturing industry, especially manufacturing industrial automation systems. This case study was conducted at PT Karunia Prima Engineering as a company that carry out projects manufacturing industrial automation systems. In this paper taken three projects implemented by PT Karunia Prima Engineering will be analyzed for project management and the various problems that cause delays in the completion of the project.
