Implementasi Program Desa Kita di Dusun Manding Kabupaten Bantul

According to Central Bank Act. # 3/2004, Bank Indonesia has one single overarching objective: to establish and maintain a stable rupiah. This objective incorporates two key aspects: the first is a stable rupiah for goods and services, reflected by the inflation rate. The second is exchange rate stability against other foreign currencies which is reflected by the performance of the rupiah against other foreign currencies. As an independent state institution, Bank Indonesia is fully autonomous in formulating and implementing each of its tasks and authority as stipulated in the Act. In addition to the main task, Bank Indonesia has concern that real sector (SMEs and non SMEs) have been realized in various activities in Dusun Manding Bantul several other areas such Mekar Jaya Cirebon, as well as Ilepadung East Nusa Tenggara. Bank Indonesia’s Social Responsibility called Program Desa Kita (PDK) had positive impact on the local community because the benefits were directly. The program is conducted by a community-based approach and project are implemented based on aspirations and initiatives so continuity can be maintained. Although in practice there are constraints, in general the forms of physical and non physical that containing managerial skills training can be implemented smoothly. Some of the findings in the field were that heterogeneity levels of education and experience led to the emergence of an elite capture in every program. This was made worse by the organizational structure in which large number of stakeholder representative from related offices still adhered to the old paradigm of the more obscure, buttom-up mechanism that planned. Positive externalities that arise in the region are increasing tourists that bring a multiplier effect on improving the welfare of craftsman, as well as the level of competition encouraged to produce efficiently and innovatively. Meanwhile, the negative externalities that arise include emerging national and foreign entrepreneurs with the support of stronger capital managerial experience, and a well-established marketing network that threatens the sustainability of SMEs in the center of Dusun Manding. Important regulation recommendation for development industries are needed to protect SMEs from competition by capitalized industry. Increase managerial and entrepreneurial capacity in the long term so that SMEs in the Dusun Manding are more independent. Optimizing the institutional aspects that had been formed. With the strong institutional owned the managerial issues at the SME level of can be solved together in a structured manner. To have a strong institutional managers who have the vision necessary to the future, independent and professionally derived from Manding society itself.
