Penelitian “Penerapan Sanksi Perdata dan Sanksi Administratif Terkait Pembuatan Akta Sebagai Upaya Penegakan Kode Etik Notaris di Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta” bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Majelis Pengawas Daerah Kabupaten Sleman dan Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap Notaris, serta untuk mengetahui penerapan sanksi perdata dan sanksi administratif terkait pembuatan akta sebagai upaya penegakan Kode Etik Notaris, dan untuk mengetahui upaya hukum yang dilakukan Notaris Kabupaten Sleman yang dijatuhi sanksi perdata dan sanksi administratif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian normatif-empiris, yaitu jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menitikberatkan pada penelitian lapangan yang ditunjang dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif dengan menggambarkan dan menguraikan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan Majelis Pengawas Daerah Kabupaten Sleman dan Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap Notaris di Kabupaten Sleman masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan peraturan lainnya. Penerapan sanksi perdata terhadap Notaris di Kabupaten Sleman belum pernah diberikan, sedangkan sanksi administratif yang berupa teguran tertulis sudah pernah diberikan oleh Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta kepada 2 (dua) Notaris di Kabupaten Sleman, dan pelanggaran yang ditemukan pada waktu pemeriksaan Protokol Notaris, Notaris hanya diberikan pembinaan. Notaris yang dijatuhi sanksi administartif tidak melakukan upaya hukum apapun atas sanksi yang diberikan oleh Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

The Application research of Sanctions Civil and Sanctions Administrative Related of Manufacture Sanctions As Efforts Maintenance Certificate of the Notary Code of Ethics in the Sleman Yogyakarta Special Province aimed at knowing the role of the Council Supervision the Area of the Regency Sleman and the Council Supervision the Territorry of Yogyakarta Special Province in carrying out the supervision of Notary, as well as to know the application of sanctions civil and sanctions administrative related the production of the certificate as enforcement efforts of the Notary Code of ethics and to know legal efforts that were carried out by the Notary the Sleman Regency that in sentenced sanctions civil and sanctions administrative. This research was the research kind normative-empirical, that is the research kind that was carried out with stressed field work that was supported with the bibiography research. This research was carried out in Sleman Regency Yogyakarta Special Province. The data that was received was analyzed qualitatively afterwards was presented descriptively with depicted and untangled in accordance with the problem that was linked with results of the research. Be based on result of the research, could be concluded that the role of the Council Supervision the Area of the Sleman Regency and the Council Supervision the Territory of Yogyakarta Special Province in carrying out the supervision of the Notary in the Sleman regency still was that did not yet be in accordance with that was ordered by Number Regulations 30 in 2004 about the Position of the Notary and the other regulation. The application of sanctions civil against the Notary in Sleman regency had never been given, where as sanctions administrative that took the form of the warning was written was given by Supervision Council the Territory of Yogyakarta Special Province to two (2) the Notary in the Sleman Regency, and the violation that were found the Notary Protocol inspection, Notary was only given by the management. The Notary that was sentenced sanctions administrative did not carry out legal efforts anything on sanctions that were given by the Supervision Council the Territory of Yogyakarta Special Province.
