EVALUASI JALUR HIJAU PEDESTRIAN DI PUSAT KOTA TERNATE DI TINJAU DARI FUNGSI EKOLOGIS DAN ESTETIS

Tujuan penelitian I) rnengkaji fungsi ekologis clan estetis jalur hijau pedestrian Kota Temate. 2) untuk rnengetahui persepsi rnasyarakat rnengenai fungsi ekologis clan estetis jalur hijau pedestrian Kota Temate. 3) rnengkaji evaluasi kesesuaian fungsi ekologis clan estetis jalur hijau pedesterian Kota Temate apakah sudah sesuai konsep perencanaan clanperancangan ruang Kota Temate. Metode utama digunakan adalah rnetode survei dengan teknik sampling ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Pengukuran fungsi ekologis dilakukan dengan pengklasifikasian berdasarkan Indeks Kenyarnanan. Suhu clankelernbaban rnerupakan variabel iklirn yang diukur. Jumlah, jenis, kornposisi dan kerapatan pohon rnempakan variabel pohon peneduh yang diukur. Bentuk dan tekstur tajuk, lebar, warna clan tekstur jalur pedestrian serta kelengkapan fasilitas pendukung rnempakan variabel fungsi estetis yang diukur. Hasil data kedua fungsi dianalisis secara rnetode kuantitaif clankualitatif. Hasil penelitian rnenunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi lndeks Kenyamanan pada keernpat jalur hijau pedestrian, tingkat kenyarnanannya adalah sarna. Kondisi nyarnan diperoleh pagi hari dengan rata-rata suhu 26,3-26,90Cclankelernbaban 70,5-71,3%. Siang hari kondisi tidak nyarnan dengan rata-rata suhu 34,3-35,loC clan kelernbaban 40,9-41,4%. Sore hari kondisi masih tidak nyarnan rata-rata suhu 30,2-30,50C clan kelernbaban 54,8-55,1% baik dibawah, batas luar maupun diluar tajuk pohon. Keberadaan sebaran vegetasi (pohon Peneduh) keernpat jalur hijau pedestrian dipusat Kota Temate dikategori kornposisi banyak clan kerapatan jelek. Fungsi estetis terbaik dari Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi, Jalan Tapak I, Jalan Tapak 2 clanJalan Babullah. Tata letak terbaik dari Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi, Jalan Tapak I, Jalan Tapak 2 clanJalan Babullah, Fisik pedestrian terbaik dari Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi, Jalan Tapak I, Jalan Tapak 2 clan Jalan Babullah. Bentuk tajuk terbaik dari Jalan Babullah, Jalan Tapak 2, Jalan Tapak 1 clan Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi. Tekstur tajuk terbaik dari Jalan Babullah, Jalan Tapak 2, Jalan Tapak 1 dan kelengkapan fasilitas pendukung terbaik dari Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi, Jalan Tapak 1, Jalan Tapak 2 clan Jalan Babullall. Berdasarkan kedua fungsi tersebut, secara umum di Kota Temate jalur hijau pedestrian relatif dapat bersinergi dengan baik. Penataan jalur hijau pedestrian hams rnernperhatikan kedua fungsi secara terpadu clan berkelanjutan clanmasih perlu diperbaiki clan disesuaikan dengan konsep tata ruang Kota Ternate.
The research was conducted in Ternate City on four pedestrian green belt samples which includes Pah/awan Revo/usi Street. Tapak 1 Street. Tapak 2 Street and Babul/ah Street. The research objectives are 1) to study the ecological and aesthetical function of pedestrian green belt in Ternate City. 2) to know the population perception about the ecological and aesthetical function of pedestrian green belt in Ternate City. 3) to evaluate the ecological and aesthetical function of pedestrian green belt in Ternate city in accordance with the planning and layout concept of Ternate City. The main method used is survey method with a purposive sampling technique. The ecological function measurement is done by classification, based on the Comfort Index. Temperature and humidity are the measured climatic variables. The number, type, composition, and density of trees are the measured shade trees variables. The shape and texture of tree canopy, acreage, color and texture of the pedestrian green belt, and the completeness of supporting facilities are the measured aesthetical function variables. The resulting data from both functions is then analyzed using the quantitative and qualitative method. The research result shows that the classification of Comfort Index on the four pedestrian green belts has the same Comfort Level. Comfortable condition is obtained in the morning with the average temperature of 26.3-26.90Cand humidity of70.5-71.3%. In the daytime, the condition is not comfortable with the average temperature of34.3-35.1°C and humidity of40.9-41.4%. In the afternoon, the condition is still not comfortable with the average temperature of 30.2-30.50C and humidity of 54.8-55.1%, either under, near the edge, or outside of tree canopy. The distribution of shading trees on the four pedestrian green belts in the center of Ternate City is categorized as having various composition and poor density. Best aesthetical function are ranked as follows: Pah/awan Revo/usi Street. Tapak 1 Street. Tapak 2 Street and Babul/ah Street. Best layout are ranked as follows: Pah/awan Revo/usi Street. Tapak 1 Street, Tapak 2 Street and Babul/ah Street, best pedestrian physique are ranked as follows: Pah/awan Revo/usi Street, Tapak 1 Street, Tapak 2 Street and Babul/ah Street. Best canopy shapes are ranked as follows: Babul/ah Street. Tapak 2 Street, Tapak 1 Street and Pah/awan Revo/usi Street. Best canopy texture are ranked as follows: Babul/ah Street, Tapak 2 Street, Tapak 1 Street and the best supportive facility completeness are ranked as follows: Pah/awan Revo/usi Street. Tapak 1 Street. Tapak 2 Street and Babul/ah Street. Based on both functions, the pedestrian green belts in Ternate City generally can create a relatively good synergy. The pedestrian green belt layout should consider both functions integratedly and sustainably, and should be improved and adjusted to the layout concept of Ternate City.
