2012 | Tesis | S2 Mag.Tekn.InformasiE-government in general can be defined as the application of information and communication technology (ICT) to improve the performance of traditional governmental functions and services. More specifically, e-government is the use of digital technology to transform government activities aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and service delivery. E-government is not a single event in a short time without obstacles and challenges, but a long-term evolutionary process in transforming the government to focus on community service. The study was conducted based on the perception of management and staff of the Food and Drug Information Center Badan POM RI and staff e-bpom application users with a sample of 40 respondents. The instrument used was questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Data analysis methods used Structural Equation Model (SEM) using software SmartPLS. The test results show that the variable E-leadership, Infrastructure, Technical Skills of Staff and Cultural Organization has a significant influence on the α = 0.10 for the successful development of e-government in the Badan POM RI. The results showed that 77.06% of the endogenous variables (Successful development of E-government) are influenced by exogenous variables (e-leadership, infrastructure, technical skills of staff and organizational culture) and the remaining 22.94% influenced by other variables outside the model.
