HAKIKAT KOPERASI MENURUT MOHAMMAD HATTA DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT PANCASILA: RELEVANSINYA BAGI PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL DI INDONESIA

Penelitian ini berjudul “Hakikat Koperasi menurut Mohammad Hatta dalam Perspektif Filsafat Pancasila: Relevansinya bagi Peningkatan Kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia”. Latar belakang penelitian beranjak dari pandangan kritis terhadap dampak kapitalisme global yang secara praktis telah mengikis kesadaran kolektif bangsa Indonesia. Pentingnya penelitian terhadap pemikiran Hatta tentang hakikat koperasi disebabkan oleh karena Hatta telah merumuskan konsepsi mendasar yang berhubungan dengan tanggung jawab negara dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial. Hatta menjadikan koperasi sebagai bangun usaha yang sesuai dengan perekonomian rakyat. Berdasarkan alasan itu, maka untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia perlu ditumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif yang menegaskan bahwa koperasi adalah pilar perekonomian bangsa dan berdasar pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Masalah-masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan adalah; 1) Apa unsur-unsur esensial yang mendasari koperasi?; 2) Bagaimana konsep dasar koperasi menurut pemikiran Mohammad Hatta?; 3) Apa makna kesejahteraan sosial dalam perspektif filsafat Pancasila?; dan 4) Apa esensi pemikiran Mohammad Hatta tentang koperasi yang relevan digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia? Penelitian ini merupakan riset kepustakaan yang menggunakan filsafat Pancasila sebagai objek formalnya dan hakikat koperasi menurut Mohammad Hatta sebagai objek materialnya. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, digunakan metode penelitian filsafat yang pada tahap analisis data digunakan langkah-langkah metodis, yaitu; historis, hermeneutika, heuristika, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur-unsur esensial yang mendasari koperasi adalah nilai-nilai tradisional yang bersumber dari budaya Indonesia, yaitu; ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatannya terhadap struktur sosial dan struktur ekonomi Indonesia pada zaman kolonial Belanda, Mohammad Hatta merumuskan konsep koperasi sebagai lembaga ekonomi rakyat yang bersifat religius, humanis, dan demokratis. Konsep koperasi menurut Mohammad Hatta tersebut sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif filsafat Pancasila, kesejahteraan sosial mengandung pengertian sebagai suatu bentuk kesejahteraan ekonomi yang dibangun di atas sistem kekeluargaan atau berdasarkan pada prinsip kebersamaan. Relevansi pemikiran Mohammad Hatta tentang koperasi terletak pada upaya bangsa Indonesia untuk mencapai kesejahteraan bersama berdasarkan Pancasila Undang-Undang Dasar 1945

The title of this research is “The essence of cooperation according to Mohammad Hatta‟s thought in the perspective of Pancasila philosophy: Its relevance for the development of social welfare in Indonesia”. The research background is shifted from the critical view on the global capitalism impact that was practically undermines the collective consciousness of the Indonesian. The importance of the research on Hatta‟s thought of cooperation is caused by his formulation of fundamental conception that is related with the state‟s responsibility in creating social justice and prosperity. Hatta made cooperation as an appropriated constructive work with the people economy. Based on the reason, therefore, in order to raise the social prosperity in Indonesia, it is necessary to make the collective consciousness grows that insists cooperation as a national economy pillar and is based on the values of Pancasila. The formulated research problems are; 1) What are the essential elements of the cooperation foundation?; 2) How is the basic concept of cooperation in the thought of Mohammad Hatta?; 3) What is the meaning of social welfare in the perspective of Pancasila philosophy?; and 4) What is the essence of Mohammad Hatta‟s thought about cooperation that has relevance for developing the social welfare in indonesia? This research is library research that uses Pancasila philosophy as its formal object and the essence of cooperation according to the Mohammad Hatta‟s thought as its material object. In doing the research, method of philosophical research is used where in the data analysis phase, the steps methods are applied, they are; historical, hermeneutics, heuristics, and interpretation methods. The results of research show the essential elements of cooperation foundations are traditional values those are based on the Indonesian culture, such as divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice. Based on his observation to the social and economics structures of Indonesia since the era of Dutch colonialization, Mohammad Hatta formulates the concept of cooperation as the people economy institution that is religious, humanistic, and democratic in its nature. The concept of cooperation according to Mohammad Hatta also shows that the perspective of Pancasila philosophy contains an undertanding as a form of economics welfare that is built on the kinship system or is based on the togetherness principle. The relevance of Mohammad Hatta‟s thought about cooperation is laid on the effort of Indonesian people in order to achieve the collective welfare that is based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Basic Constitution.
