PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. COCA COLA BOTTLING CENTRAL JAVA DI SEMARANG

2012 | Tesis | S2 Magister Manj.AgribisnisTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian motivasi (karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja), kepuasan kerja dan prestasi kerja karyawan oleh pihak manajemen PT. Coca Cola Bottling Central Java di Semarang dan (2) Mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Coca Cola Bottling Central Java di Semarang. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian korelasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional Jawa Tengah di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi, uji-t dan uji F. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Dengan pemberian motivasi dan pemenuhan kepuasan kerja terhadap karyawan, hasil kerja menjadi lebih baik. (2) Karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja dan (4) Prestasi kerja dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh faktor-faktor motivasi (karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja) dan kepuasan kerja. Dari keseluruhan variabel prestasi kerja yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terlihat bahwa karakteristik individu sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Result of this research are (1) With giving the motivation and acquirement job satisfaction to the employee, does the work became better, (2) Individual characteristic influenced to employee job performance, (3) Education of the employee influenced to employee job performance and (4) Job performance will be influence by motivation factors (individual characteristic, job characteristic and job environment) and job satisfaction. From all the variable of job performance will be done in this research showing if individual characteristic more influenced to employee job performance
Focus of this research are (1) Knowing application of giving the motivation (individual characteristic, job characteristic and job environment), job satisfaction and job performance of emplyment by PT. Coca Cola Bottling Central Java management in Semarang and (2) Knowing influence factors of employment job satisfaction in PT. Coca Cola Bottling Central Java Semarang. Basic method in this research is survey method with research correlational technique. This research will be done in PT. Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia (Persero) Central Java Regional Office in Semarang, Central Java. Sampling method using simple random sampling with 50 respondent. Analysis method with validity and reliability test, regression test, t-test and F test.
