ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN EFISIENSI USAHATANI RUMPUT LAUT DI KABUPATEN FLORES TIMUR

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (La.) Menganalisis faktor produksi yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi rwnput laut; (1.b.) Menganalisis efisiensi alokatifpenggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani rwnput laut; (2) Menganalisis tingkat pendapatan dan keuntungan petani usaha budidaya rwnput laut; dan (3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani rwnput laut. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Duablolong Kecamatan He Boleng dan Desa Waewuring Kecamatan Witihama Kabupaten Flores Timur. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitaif menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas, analisis efisiensi alokatif penggunaan faktor produksi dan analisis pendapatan dan RfC ratio. HasHpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengarnh nyata positif terhadap produksi usahatani rwnput laut di Kabupaten Flores Timur adalah luas kavling dan jumlah bibit, sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh nyata negatif adalah pendidikan, dan pengalaman usahatani. Pemanfaatan luas wilayah usaha dan penggunaan bibit pLda usahatani rumput laut di Kabupaten Flores Timur adalah belum efisien sehingga penggunaan dari masing-masing faktor produksi tersebut harns ditambah dengan menambahkan jumlah tali RIS dan jumlah bibit. Sedangkal1 penggunaan tenaga keIja dalam usahatani ini telah efisien dengan memberdayakan tenaga keIja dalam keluarga. Secara ekonomis, rata-rata besarnya pendapatan usahatani rwnput laut adalah Rp 11.171.944 dengan nilai RfC ratio sebesar 3,792 menunjukkan bahwa usahatani rumput laut sangat layak untuk diusahakan dan dari segi finansialnya sangat menguntungkan bagi petani. Sedangkad faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap pendapatan usahatani rumput laut di Kabupaten Flores Timur adalah pengalaman petani dan luas kavling yang diusahakan, sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh nyata negatif adalah umur petani dan pendidikan.

This research aim are (La.) to analyze production factor which affect to seeweed production; (Lb.) to analyze the allocative efficiency usage of production factors at seewead; (2) to analyze income level and gain of seeweed farming; and (3) to analyze production factor which affect to income of seeweed farming. Research location is at the Duablolong's Village districts of He Boleng's and Waewurlng's Villages districts of Witihama's, Flores Timur Regency. Data was analysed with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis utilizes to analyse Cobb Douglas's production function, the analysis of alocative efficiency usage produ.ctionfactor, and the revenue and R/C ratio analysis. The research result indicates that severe productions factors which have significant positive factor to seewead farming at Flores Timur Regency are extensive kavling and seed amount, meanwhile productions factors which significant negative factor are education, and farmer experience. Far ranging farm and seed that is ucilized on usahatani grasses oceanic at Flores Timur Regency insufficieI.tly efficient, so to make it efficient therefore farm extent purpose and that seed has to bt: added by adds total RIS' s string and seed amount. Meanwhile labour that is used in farming of seewead was efficient which is with labour from within family. Economically, averagely increases of seewead farming equal to Rp 11.171.944 with value R/C ratio equals to 3,792 which means that farming of seewead is reasonable to be developed and from financial aspect, it really advantages for farmer. Meanwhile significant factor positive to farming incomes of seewead at Flores Timur Regency is farmer experience;:and far ranging kavling, and significant factor negative is aged and farmer education
