ANALISIS PEREKONOMIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN MANOKWARI TAHUN 1995-2010

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan PDRB dan PDRB per kapita di Kabupaten Manokwari sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah, menganalisis perubahan kontribusi sektor terhadap PDRB Kabupaten Manokwari, serta menganalisis perubahan renstra sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS dan Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari. Tahun pengamatan penelitian ini terbagi dua yaitu sebelum pemekaran wilayah tahun 1995 sampai dengan tahun 2002, dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah tahun 2003-2010. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik paired sample t-test, Analisis Kontribusi, dan Analisis Deskriptif Komparatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan PDRB sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran memiliki perbedaan yang secara statistik tidak signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yang lebih besar dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa pertumbuhan PDRB sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa PDRB per kapita sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran memiliki perbedaan yang secara statistik signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa PDRB per kapita sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran berbeda secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa kontribusi sektor terhadap PDRB sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran menunjukkan adanya penurunan di beberapa sektor seperti pertanian diiringi dengan peningkatan kontribusi dari sektor lainnya seperti sektor jasa. Sektor pertanian masih menjadi sektor penyumbang PDRB terbesar, namun dominasinya mulai menurun, sementara sektor bangunan, sektor perdagangan, hotel,dan restoran, sektor jasa, serta sektor industri pengolahan mulai meningkat. Perubahan renstra sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah adalah bahwa sektor ekonomi setelah pemekaran dipecah lagi menjadi subsektor penanaman modal, koperasi dan UMKM, ketenagakerjaan, ketahanan pangan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat kampung

This research aims to analyze the growth of GDP and GDP per capita in Manokwari Regency before and after the expansion region, analyze the changes of the sector's contribution to GDP Manokwari Regency, as well as analyze changes renstra before and after the expansion region. The Data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS and Bappeda Regency Manokwari. In observation of this research is divided into two, namely before the expansion region in 1995 up to 2002, and after the expansion region 2003-2010. The analysis tools used are paired sample t-test statistics-test, analysis of the contribution, and the comparative descriptive Analysis. The analysis showed that the GDP growth before and after the redistrict have a difference was not statistically significant. It can be seen from the value Sig. (2-tailed) greater than 0.05, which means that GDP growth before and after the redistrict did not differ significantly. The results of the analysis also showed that GDP per capita before and after the redistrict have a statistically significant difference. It can be seen from the value Sig. (2-tailed) of less than 0.05, which means that GDP per capita before and after expansion is significantly different. Based on the analysis results can be seen that the contribution of sectors to the GDP before and after the redistrict showed a decline in some sectors such as agriculture, accompanied by increased contributions from other sectors like the service sector. The agricultural sector remains the sector's largest contributor to GDP, but its dominance began to decline, while the construction sector, trade, hotels, and restaurants, the service sector and manufacturing sector began to increase. The strategic plan changes before and after the redistrict is that the regional growth sectors of the economy after the redistrict is broken down again into sub-sectors of investment, cooperatives and UMKM, employment, food security, and empowerment of village communities.
