PENGARUH PERILAKU, KERUMITAN DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP MINAT MENGUNAKAN SISTEM INFORMASI YANG TERINTREGASI: STUDI KASUS DI SMAN 2 MADIUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang masalah penerimaan pengguna teknologi informasi di SMAN 2 Madiun, mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terlambatnya implementasi sistem TI yang terintregasi, dan memberikan saran terhadap manajemen SMAN 2 Madiun. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMAN 2 Madiun, dengan subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, walikelas, dan staf TU. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Faktor perasaan (affect) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of used. 2) Faktor kerumitan (complexity) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of used. 3) Faktor dukungan organisasi (organization support) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of used. 4) Faktor kecemasan (anxiety) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap behavior intention of use. 5) Faktor perceived usefulness mempunyai pengaruh terhadap behavior intention of use. 6) Faktor perceived ease of used tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap behavior intention of use. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen SMAN 2 Madiun adalah dianjurkan membentuk tim khusus. Tim tersebut akan bertanggungjawab terhadap implementasi sistem TI yang terintregasi, termasuk membuat standar operating procedure, dan berperan terhadap perencanaan dan perkembangan sistem.

This study aims to explain of the problem user acceptance technology information in SMAN 2 Madiun, to describes the factors that influence implementation of technology information, and provide advice to management of SMAN 2 Madiun. This study is quantitative. Research sites in SMAN 2 Madiun, with subject is teachers and office staf. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed deskritif. The results of this study demonstrated 1) Affect have an influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of used. 2) Complexity have an influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of used. 3) Organizational support has an influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of used. 4) Anxiety have an influence on behavioral intention of use. 5) Perceived usefulness factors have an influence on behavior intention of use. 6) Perceived ease of used does not have an influence on behavioral intention of use. Recommendation for management SMAN 2 Madiun is establishment of a special team to handles the IT in environment SMAN 2 Madiun. The team will be responsible for the implementation and development of an integrated information system include 1)Make a standard operating procedure, 2) Contribute to the plan and supervision during implementation of the system.
