PENGARUH KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF, SELF EFFICACY, DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN STUDI KASUS DI PT. XIS INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara keadilan distributif, self efficacy, locus of control terhadap turnover intention pada level karyawan non manajerial di PT. XIS Indonesia Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang mencakup variabel keadilan distributif, self efficacy, locus of control, dan turnover intention. Hasil dari penelitian kemudian di analisa secara statistik dengan analisa regresi linier. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif, self efficacy, locus of control memiliki hubungan negatif baik secara parsial maupun secara bersamasama terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran awal terhadap organisasi untuk mengembangkan employee retention program

The purpose of this study is to find the impact of distributive justice, self efficacy, locus of control to turnover intention at non managerial position of PT. XIS Indonesia Research was conducted through a questionnaire as a research instrument. This questionnaire consists of distributive justice variable, self efficacy variable, locus of control variable, and turnover intention variable. Response to this research instrument were statistically analyzed with linear regression Regression result indicates there were negative relationship between distributive justice, self efficacy, locus of control, with turnover intention. Either in partial, or in whole. This result should help organization have background description to develop employee retention program
