PENERAPAN BASISDATA FUZZY MODEL TAHANI UNTUK PEMILIHAN PONSEL CERDAS

Perkembangan era digital telah menjadikan telepon bukan hanya sekedar ponsel biasa yang hanya digunakan untuk berbicara saja tetapi telah beralih fungsi menjadi sebuah ponsel cerdas. Berbagai macam ponsel cerdas yang beredar di pasaran menimbulkan kebingungan bagi para konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan pada saat akan membeli, sementara mereka juga memiliki kriteria-kriteria ponsel yang akan dibeli. Penelitian ini membuat suatu program aplikasi berbasis web yang menerapkan basisdata fuzzy model Tahani ke dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan ponsel cerdas, kemudian perangkat lunak aplikasi ini dievaluasi melalui pengujian kebergunaan (usability testing) berdasarkan lima aspek usability. Pada model Tahani, relasi standar masih tetap digunakan tetapi untuk mendapatkan informasi pada query-nya, model ini menggunakan teori himpunan fuzzy (fuzzy set theory). Pengguna memasukkan nilai kriteria, sistem melakukan pencarian data, kemudian memberikan output berupa rekomendasi ponsel cerdas sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan oleh pengguna (konsumen) yang ditunjukkan melalui nilai fire strength (nilai keanggotaan) yang terletak diantara 0 (nol) sampai dengan 1 (satu). Semakin tinggi nilai fire strength (mendekati 1) maka produk semakin mendekati kriteria pencarian atau rekomendasi semakin besar, demikian sebaliknya, semakin rendah nilai fire strength (mendekati 0) maka produk semakin menjauhi kriteria pencarian atau semakin tidak direkomendasikan. Hasil evaluasi perangkat lunak aplikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai penerimaan usability oleh user berada di atas angka 3 (diatas nilai tengah) dalam skala 5 atau memiliki nilai rata-rata 4. Secara umum, perangkat lunak aplikasi web yang dibuat telah memiliki nilai usability, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors dan satisfaction yang baik.

Digitalization has changed the function of telephones not only to communicate but also to become smartphones. Various kinds of smartphones cause the confusion among the people in choosing while they have their own criterias of smartphones. This study makes a web-based application programs that implement Tahani fuzzy database into a decision support system of smartphones selection, then the software of this application is evaluated by testing the usefulness (usability testing) based on the five aspects of usability. In Tahani model, the standard relationship is still being used but to obtain information on its query, this model uses fuzzy set theory. The user inputs the criteria, the system searches the data, then delivers the output in the form of smart phones recommendations according to criteria required by the users (consumers) and are shown through the fire strength (membership value) which lies between 0 (zero) to 1 (one). The higher the fire strength (approaching 1), the closer the product from the search criteria or the greater the recommendation, on the other hand, the lower the fire strength (approaching 0) the further the product from the search criteria or the smaller the recommendation. The software evaluation result of this application indicates that the value of usability acceptance by the user is over the number of 3 (over the median) in the scale of 5 or has an average value of 4. In general, the web application software has a value of usability, i.e. learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction.
