Based on assessment of inclusive education for children with special needs primary and secondary education have not been effective. It appears that one of the constraints the implementation of inclusive education is the readiness of teacher.According Arikunto (1993) teachers play an important role in the learning process, because it matters pertaining to the succes of the task the teacher should be sought as much as possible for the success of the learning process in question. This research aims to investigate the impact of “ABK Carinhg Teacher” to increase of knowledge and teacher’s attitude toward students with disabilities.Two elementary school were assigned to an experiment or control group. Data were obtained through Teachers’ Knowledge Scale and Teacher Attitude Toward Students with Disabilities Scale.The result of Wilcoxon Signed-Rank and Mann-Whitney test indicated that there was a significant difference of knowledge and teacher’ attitude between experimental and control group. The training of “Guru Peduli ABK” can to increase knowledge and teachers’ attitude toward students with disabilities.
