PEMBUATAN APLIKASI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PROSES PEMILIHAN SAPI POTONG (Studi kasus : Rumah Potong Hewan Kota Kupang-NTT)

Era globalisasi menuntut sumber daya manusia yang baik dan bermutu untuk selalu siap berkompetisi, baik pada nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sapi Potong, dimaksudkan untuk mendukung pemerintah daerah dalam membangun infastruktur dalam bidang teknologi informasi. RPH (rumah potong hewan) Kota Kupang merupakan salah satu yang berada dilingkungan Pemda NTT yang menangani proses pemotongan sapi potong. Dari perjalanan proses pemotongan sapi yang ada dilingkungan RPH kota kupang selama ini dalam proses pemilihan sapi potong tidak berjalan pada sebuah sistem yang baik, yang mana tidak memperhatikan proses kriteria yang harus dijalani. Pemilihan kriteria yang harus dipenuhinya diantanya kriteria jenis sapi, jenis kelamin, umur sapi, berat badan dan kesehatan sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut, pihak RPH memerlukan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk proses pemilihan sapi potong. Sistem yang dibangun ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk proses pemecahan masalahnya dan diharapkan sistem ini mampu membantu mendukung suatu pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh decission maker. Dalam hal ini kepala RPH kota kupang dalam proses pemilihan sapi potong. Hasil dari proses sistem ini adalah berupa daftar laporan peringkat sapi-sapi yang masuk di RPH kota kupang pada hari itu dan langsung diseleksi pada sistem dan sistem mengeluarkan hasil berupa sapi yang layak di potong pada hari itu.

The globalization era demand high competent human resources who are ready to compete at national, regional and international scope. The purpose of making a decision support system application is to support Pemda (local government s) in building information technology infrastructure. RPH Kupang, which is located in NTT, is one of the few slaughterhouses that are responsible to handle the process of cutting beef cattle. The main problem faced by RPH today is the process of selecting cattle for slaughter does not take into account the selection criteria. Before performing the cutting process, the selection process should consider some kind of criteria such as type of cow, sex, age, weight and health factors, but they ignore this selection process that will lead to less satisfactory results. An alternative solution to solve this problem is there should be a system that can help the cow slaughter when making decisions which will be deducted. This system is made based on the AHP method for the selection of beef cattle and these systems can help decision-makers, especially the head RPH kupang in taking the right decisions. This system works by producing a ranked list of cows that enter RPH on a particular day, then the system will automatically select and generate a decision about which cows that deserve to be slaughtered on that day.
