KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA HOTEL BUMN DI INDONESIA

This study investigates predictors of organizational commitment i.e. allocentrism, procedural justice and servant leadership based on the moderating effect of work meaning. A survey of 195 employees of a four star hotel as part of a state owned hotel chain in Indonesia was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling. Result indicated that allocentrism and procedural justice positively predicted organizational commitment while servant leadership had no effect on organizational commitment. Discussion were focused on the differences of commitment’s predictors in Indonesia compared to those conducted in other countries and its implications to further research on organizational commitment as well as its applications to the management of organizations in Indonesia.
