GMF AEROASIA telah menambahkan beberapa jenis usaha baru yang meliputi jasa rekayasa perawatan pesawat serta jasa penyediaaan material (asset management, component pooling, part supplier & brokerage) yang juga akan menjadi kegiatan utama perusahaan dalam waktu dekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi bisnis PT. GMF AEROASIA dalam mengembangan bisnis pemeliharaan dan perawatan mesin pesawat terbang Analisa yang disusun berdasarkan identifikasi masalah eksternal meliputi faktor ekonomi, sosial , politik dan teknologi suku bunga bank dan perilaku masyarakat atas pembelian dan kondisi persaingan industri jasa MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul) . Pada analisis ini didapatkan peluang dan acaman yang berpengaruh kepada perkembangan industri MRO Selain analisis eksternal, dilakukan pula analisis internal untuk mendapatkan kekuatan dan kelemahan. Berdasarkan analisis eksternal dan internal tersebut dilakukan analisis EFE, IFE dan SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor eksternal berupa peluang dan ancaman yang berpengaruh kepada formulasi strategi PT. GMF AEROASIA
PT. GMF 's is a company engaged in industrial maintenance and aircraft engine maintenance. For now GMF has added several new businesses which includes aircraft maintenance engineering services as well as provision of material services (asset management, component pooling, parts suppliers & brokerage), which also will become the company's main activity in the near future. This study aims to formulate a business strategy of PT. GMF 's business in developing maintenance and aircraft engine maintenance formulation which is based on the identification of external problems include economic, social, political and technological interest rates and public behavior of purchase and competitive conditions of service industry MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul). In this analysis obtained opportunities and threat industry developments that affect the MRO addition of external analysis, also conducted an internal analysis to gain strength and weakness. Based on the analysis of external and internal analysis was conducted EFE and IFE and SWOT. Based on the analysis we found that the external factors of opportunities and threats that affect the formulation of the strategy of PT. GMF AeroAsia. and.diverse.
