Analisa Hubungan Aset Nirwujud, Aliansi Stratejik, Pihak Ketiga dan Strategi Low Cost Leadership Terhadap Pemenangan Proposal Proyek Industri Jasa Rekayasa Dan Konstruksi

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa pemenangan proposal oleh perusahaan jasa Engineering PT. Rekayasa Engineering (PT. RE). Pemenangan proposal proyek di dalam negeri merupakan kesempatan bagi kontraktor nasional dalam memberikan kontribusinya kepada negara melalui berbagai bidang, seperti Refinery, Chemical & Petrochemical, cement Plant, Geothermal , Power Plant dan Pipeline. Pemenangan Proposal Proyek juga merupakan hasil kontribusi dari rekanan asing sebagai aliansi stratejik dan supplier, fabricator,subcontractor sebagai pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini dilakukan terbatas pada lingkungan perusahaan PT. RE dengan populasi karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat, sampel diambil dari populasi karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat, sampel diambil dari populasi karyawan, menggunakan kriteria demografi jabatan, pengalaman bekerja, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan usia. Jumlah responden yang terpilih sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik Sampling yang dilakukan adalah non probabilitas sampling convinience yang ditujukan kepada karyawan yang terlibat langsung pada proposal melalui wawancara dan judgemental merupakan pengembangan dari wawancara, yang dilakukan melalui survei kepada karyawan yang pernah terlibat dalam proposal maupun proyek. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisa korelasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17.0.0 Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pemenangan proposal. Dengan tujuan khusus ingin mengetahui lebih detail hubungan variabel antara aset nirwujud (Intangible asset) dan aliansi stratejik, hubungan antara aset nirwujud dengan pihak ketiga, hubungan aset nirwujud dengan strategi LowCost Leadership dan hubungan antara strategi Low Cost Leadership dan pemenangan proposal proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan data penelitian valid dan konstruksi dari kerangka konseptualnya reliable. Hasil analisa korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan positif dan cukup kuat untuk semua hubungan variabel dalam kontruksi penelitian ini.

This study was based on the number of proposed winners by the company of engineering services PT. Rekayasa Engineering. Engineering (PT. RE). Project Proposal Award in this country has been opportunity for National Contractor to contribute to the country through variety of fields, such as Refineries, Chemical & Petrochemical, Cement Plant, Geothermal, Power Plant and Pipeline. Award of the project proposal is also the contribute from foreign partners as strategic alliances and the supplier, manufacturer, as a subcontractor of third parties. This research is done only in PT. RE company environment with the employee’s population who work in home office with sample that is used in criteria such as position, length of experiences, education and age, with 100 respondents who are chosen. The sample technique that used convenience sampling to employees who are directly involved to the proposal through Interview and Judgemental that is development of interview through research to Employees who are involved in the proposal or Project. The Data analysis technique that is used in this research is the correlation analysis by using the Software SPSS. 17.0.0 The general purpose of this research is to know the factors that have relationship to the project proposal winning with its specific purpose to know in detail relationship between intangible asset and strategic alliance, the relationship between intangible asset and third party, the realtionship between intangible asset and strategic low cost leadership, the relationship between strategic alliance and strategic low cost leadership, the relationship between the third party and strategic low cost leadership, the realtionhsip between strategy low cost leaderhsip and the project proposal winning. The result of this research shows that there is positive and strong enough relationship among the variable intangible asset, strategic alliance, the third party, strategic of Low Cost leadership and the project proposal winning according to this construction of this research.
