Dalam tesis ini dibahas Kendali Optimal Sistem Pergudangan dari kemerosotan produksi. Terlebih dahulu dibentuk model persamaan diferensialnya dengan melibatkan Hamiltonian dan maksimum pontryagin. Selanjutnya model persamaan diferensialnya disederhanakan dengan fungsi eksogen sehingga diperoleh sistemnya berbentuk persamaan linier orde dua dengan koefisien konstan. Kemudian ditentukan solusi optimalnya yaitu rata-rata optimal produksi pada sistem inventori yang produksinya mengalami kemerosotan.

In this thesis, we are using optimal control approach to determine the optimal production rate in a production inventory system where items are subject deterioration, first build the mathematical models. The main tool in the study problems for the necessary optimality conditions in the form of the Pontryagin maximum principle involves the Hamiltonian function. The explicit solution of differential equation model results will exogenous function. So we can have the optimal production rate in a production inventory system where items are subject deterioration.
