SISTEM INVENTORI BERBASIS KOMPUTER DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH Dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH

Latar belakang : Rumah Sakit Umum Dr Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh, saat ini sedang giat-giatnya menerapkan sistem teknologi informasi dalam operasionalnya, termasuk untuk instalasi farmasi. Instalasi tersebut memegang peranan penting di rumah sakit terbesar di Aceh. Dari sanalah obat-obatan dan perbekalan lainnya didistribusikan ke setiap ruangan. Otomatis hal tersebut memerlukan sebuah perencanaan yang baik, untuk optimalisasasi pengadaan, pendistribusian dan penggunaan obat. Sistem distribusi obat dan peralatan lainnya perlu dipantau dengan sistem teknologi informasi. Selama ini, sistem inventori berbasis komputer di Instalasi Farmasi sudah diterapkan dan diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan sistem tersebut. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektifitas sistem inventori berbasis komputer terhadap pengguna di instalasi farmasi RSUDZA. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil: Sistem inventori berbasis komputer di instalasi farmasi menghasilkan informasi yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk perencanaan obat dan alat kesehatan, namun pelaksanaan yang belum merata di semua unit rumah sakit. Programnya tidak rumit mudah dipelajari dan mudah dioperasikan serta mempermudah mendapatkan informasi agar bisa diakses dan diketahui oleh semua unit yang memerlukan informasi. Petugas IT sangat berkomitmem memberikan jaminan keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi yang diterapkan secara berkesinambungan dan melakukan pendampingan kepada pengguna sehingga bila ada kesulitan dapat diatasi. Lebih efisien, lebih mudah dalam hal mengontrol persediaan obat dan alat kesehatan serta mempermudah pekerjaan untuk pengecekan stok obat dan mempersingkat untuk penyelesaian dokumen. Hambatannya adalah petugas yang entry data berbeda-beda sehingga terjadi duplikasi data dan fasilitas komputer yang sering macet atau rusak, print yang macet sehingga dapat memperlambat pekerjaan. Kesimpulan: Penerapan sistem inventori berbasis komputer di instalasi farmasi RSUDZA sudah efektif terhadap pengguna tapi masih ada kekurangan yang perlu di perbaiki agar kedepannya lebih baik.

Background: Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital (DZAH) of Banda Aceh is currently very active in implementing information technology system for its operational activities, including pharmacy unit. This unit has an important role in DZAH. From this unit drugs and other supplies are distributed to every room/ward. This role automatically requires good planning to optimize the procurement, distribution and utilization of drugs. Distribution system of drug and other medical supplies needs to be monitored using information technology system. So far computer-based inventory system has been implemented and evaluation is needed to identify the extent of its implementation. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of computer-based inventory system at pharmacy unit of DZAH of Banda Aceh for users of pharmacy unit. Method: The study was descriptive that used qualitative method. Data were obtained through observation and in depth interview. Result: Computer-based inventory system at the pharmacy unit is produces information that can be used as a base for drugs planning and medical equipment, but implementation has not been evenly distributed all units of the hospital. The program is not complicated is easy to learn and easy to operate and easier to get information to become accessible to and known by all units that need information. IT is very officers commitment ensured successful implementation of information systems applied in a sustainable manner and provide guidance to users so that when there are difficulties to be overcome. More efficient, easier in terms of controlling the supply of medicines and medical equipment as well as simplifying the work to check drug stocks and shorten the settlement document. The problem that occurs is that workers of different data entry resulting in duplication of data and computers that frequently jammed or damaged, the jammed print job so as to slow down. Conclusion: Application of computer-based inventory system at the pharmacy unit of DZAH been effective against the users but still have deficiencies that need to be improved for a better future.
