PERBEDAAN KADAR INTERLEUKIN-6 PADA PENDERITA SIROSIS HATI DAN KANKER HATI

Interleukin-6 merupakan sitokin yang dilepaskan pada sintesa protein fase akut di hati dan berperan dalam kejadian kanker hati. Kadar interleukin-6 yang tinggi sebagai faktor resiko terjadinya kanker hati, kadar interleukin-6 pada penyakit hati kronik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal antara lain usia, jenis kelamin, genetik dan riwayat hepatitis B atau C. Kanker hati disebabkan 80% berasal dari sirosis hati Sirosis hati terjadi fibrosis hati dan perubahan arsitektur hati yang dapat berakhir dengan transformasi maligna menjadi kanker hati.Tujuan penelitian perbedaan kadar interleukin-6 pada sirosis hati dan karsinoma hati Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien kanker hati dan sirosis hati dan dilakukan pemeriksaan tes fungsi hati dan pemeriksaan kadar interleukin-6. Variabel yang diteliti adalah interleukin-6 sebagai outcome dari sirosis dan kanker hati. Karakteristik dasar subyek penelitian umur, jenis kelamin, kanker hati, sirosis hati, hepatitis B, hepatitis C dan skor Chlid serta skor Clip. Perbedaan rata- rata kadar interleukin-6 antara sirosis hati dan kanker hati dilakukan analisis.

The variables studied were interleukin-6 ( dependent variable) as the outcome of cirrhosis and liver cancer (independent variable). Basic Characteristics of subjects age, sex, liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and score Child and score Chlid Clip. The average difference of interleukin-6 of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer analysis.
