ANALISIS PERFORMA ONE HSBC DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN COBIT

Perkembangan pesat dibidang teknologi informasi membuat persaingan di industri makin ketat. Masing-masing perusahaan berlomba-lomba meningkatkan teknologi informasi nya sebagai penunjang dalam layanan kepada pelanggannya. Termasuk HSBC yang mengembangkan proyek One HSBC sebagai Competitive Advantage nya dimana proyek ini merupakan inovasi untuk mengintegrasikan sistem teknologi informasi dan komunikasi HSBC diseluruh dunia menjadi satu model bisnis, proses dan sistem. Untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja One HSBC maka diperlukan pengukuran terhadap performa proyek tersebut. COBIT digunakan sebagai alat untuk membantu pengukuran tersebut dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja yang memfokuskan kebutuhan informasi pada bisnis dan pengelolaan sumber daya teknologi informasi.

Rapid development in the field of information technology making the competition in the industry goes even tightly. Each company is racing to increase its information technology as a support to service their customer. HSBC is one among those companies that developed One HSBC project as its competitive advantage where this project was the innovation to integrate the information technology system and communication of all HSBC around the world to be one business model, one process and one system. To determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of One HSBC performance it is required to measure the performance of this project. COBIT was used as tool to assist this measurement by the framework that focusing in need of information of the business and information technology resources management.
