Penerapan Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.Perbandingan Antara Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Badan Usaha Milik Swasta (BUMS)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Goveranance antara BUMN dan BUMS dan juga untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan yang diproxy oleh Return on Asset, Return on Equity dan Net Profit Margin untuk BUMN dan BUMS. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah indeks pemeringkatan yang dilakukan oleh The Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) untuk perusahaan yang mengikuti Corporate Governance periode 2006 - 2008 untuk kategori BUMN dan BUMS. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian akhir sejumlah 17 untuk kategori BUMN dan 45 untuk kategori BUMS. Indeks Corporate Governance diambil dari hasil pemeringkatan yang dilakukan yaitu Corporate Governance Perception Indeks (CGPI) oleh IICG dan laporan keuangan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan diambil dari Bursa Efek Jakarta. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara indeks pemeringkatan Good Corporate Governance dengan kinerja keuangan yang diproxy oleh Return on Asset, Return on Equity dan Net Profit Margin. Hasil uji regresi mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara indeks pemeringkatan Corporate Governance dengan kinerja keuangan. The objectives of this study are to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance between State Owned and Private Companies and also to analyze financial performance variable which is described by Return on Asset, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin for State Owned and Private Companies. The population of this study is the Corporate Governance Perception Indeks (CGPI) from the company that listed in the Corporate Governance conducted by The Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) in the year of 2006 - 2008. Purposive sampling was used in this study and final samples are 62 companies consist of 17 for State Owned and 45 for Private Companies. The result of this study show that there is no influence between Corporate Governance which is shown by Corporate Governance Perception Indeks (CGPI) with financial performance for both State Owned and Private Companies. In addition, regression test indicates that there is no influence between Good Corporate Governance with financial Performance.
