ANALISIS KESUKSESAN PENERAPAN SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI KORPORAT EMAIL BERBASIS WEB DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLEAN (Studi Pada PT PLN WS2JB)

Pengembangan teknologi informasi menarik minat PT PLN WS2JB untuk mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan sistem teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam poses bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan penerapan korporat email berbasis web PT PLN WS2JB dengan menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean yang ditinjau dari kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan dan dampak individual serta untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan penerapan korporat email berbasis web pada PT PLN WS2JB.. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean (2003) yang telah dimodifikasi yang bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik-karakteristik dari sistem teknologi informasi korporat email berbasis web PT PLN WS2JB. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang menggunakan Sistem teknologi informasi korporat email berbasis web dalam pekerjaannya sehari-hari. Kuisioner disebarkan sebanyak 180 buah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 2.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan penerapan korporat email berbasis web PT PLN WS2JB dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan serta kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi. Kepuasan pengguna korporat email berbasis web dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan penggunaan. Penggunaan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem dan kepuasan pengguna sedangkan dampak individual dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem, kualtias informasi, penggunaan dan kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi.

Development of information technology interests of PT PLN WS2JB to develop and implement information technology systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the company's business poses. This study aims to identify the successful implementation of corporate web-based email, PT PLN WS2JB using DeLone and McLean model in terms of user satisfaction, usage and impact of individual and to obtain empirical evidence about the determinants of successful implementation of corporate web-based email at PT PLN WS2JB. This research uses of information systems success model of DeLone and McLean (2003) which has been modified in order to conform with the characteristics of corporate information technology systems webmail PT PLN WS2JB. Samples are the employees who use corporate information technology systems in a web-based email job everyday. Questionnaires distributed as many as 180 pieces and analyzed by using software SmartPLS 2.0 The results of this study indicate that successful implementation of corporate web-based email, PT PLN WS2JB significantly influenced by the quality of systems, information quality, user satisfaction, usage and suitability of tasks and technologies. Corporate user satisfaction webmail significantly influenced by the quality system, quality and usage information. The use is significantly influenced by the quality system and user satisfaction while the individual impact significantly influenced by the quality system, kualtias information, use and tasks and technology fit.
