KONTRIBUSI DAN PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA DALAM KESUKSESAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI ANGGARAN DAN REALISASI

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan pengguna dalam kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi, khususnya Sistem Informasi Anggaran dan Realisasi (SIAR) di Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW). Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna akhir SIAR yaitu karyawan UKDW. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean (1992), teori penerimaan teknologi (TAM) Davis et al., (1989), dan partisipasi pengguna, Barki dan Hartwick (1989). Penelitian ini untuk menguji elemen kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi (DeLone & McLean), serta partisipasi pengguna (Barki dan Hartwick) terhadap kemudahan penggunaan persepsian, kegunaan persepsian, niat untuk menggunakan teknologi dan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya. Sejumlah 38 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dan perangkat lunaknya PLS (SmartPLS ver.2.0). Hasil menunjukkan dari sembilan hubungan yang dihipotesakan dan diuji, ditemukan 5 menjadi signifikan dan 4 tidak signifikan. Kualitas sistem dan partisipasi pengguna mempunyai dukungan yang kuat untuk pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan persepsian dan kegunaan persepsian, dan selanjutnya mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan teknologi dan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya. Disisi lain, kualitas informasi tidak mempengaruhi pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan persepsian dan kegunaan persepsian.

The objectives of this research is to know the factors that could influence level of user accepantce in the success of information system implementation, specifically Budget and Realization Information System in Duta Wacana Christian University. The target of this research is Budget and Realization Information System final user that is the Duta Wacana Christian University staff. This research used success model of DeLone and McLean Information System (1992), Technology Acceptance Theory from Davis et al., (1989), and user participation, Barki and Hartwick (1989). This research is to test system quality and information quality elements (DeLone & Mclean), and also user participation (Barki and Hartwick) toward the ease of utilizing perceptionness, perceptionness use, intention to use technology and the real technology utilizing. Amounting to 38 respondents participated in this research. The data was collected and analysized using structural equation model (SEM) and the software was PLS (SmartPLS ver.2.0). The result showed that from nine corelation that have been hypothesized and tested, it was found 5 became significant and 4 was not significant. Quality system and user participation had strong support to influence the ease of perseptionness utilizing and perceptionness use, and for the next would influence intention to use technology and the real technology utilizing. In the other side, information quality did not influence the ease of perceptionness utilizing and perceptionness use.
