PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI WEB SERVICE UNTUK INTEGRASI LAYANAN PUSKESMAS DAN RUMAH SAKIT

Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu institusi pelayan kesehatan masyarakat akan melayani tranksaksi pasien dalam kesehariannya. Pemberian layanan dan tindakan dalam banyak hal akan mempengaruhi kondisi dan rasa nyaman bagi pasien. Semakin cepat akan semakin baik karena menyangkut nyawa pasien. Melihat situasi tersebut, sudah sangatlah tepat jika rumah sakit menggunakan sisi kemajuan komputer, baik piranti lunak maupun perangkat kerasnya dalam upanya membantu penanganan manajemen yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Jaringan sistem pelayanan kesehatan tersebut memerlukan sistem informasi yang saling mendukung dan terkait, sehingga setiap kegiatan dan program kesehatan yang dilaksanakan dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat dapat diketahui, difahami, diantisipasi dan di kelola dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dengan demikian sangat dibutuhkan sekali dibangunnya sistem informasi kesehatan yang terintegrasi baik di dalam sektor kesehatan (antar program dan antar jenjang), dan di luar sektor kesehatan, yaitu dengan sistem jaringan informasi rumah sakit pemberi rujukan maupun rumah sakit rujukan. Web Service adalah sebuah sistem software yang dirancang untuk mendukung interoperabilitas interaksi antara mesin kemesin pada sebuah network, dimana konsep teknologi web service muncul untuk mendukung sistem terdistribusi yang berjalan pada infrastruktur yang berbeda. SOAP (Simple Object Application Protocol) dan beberapa teknologi yang didukung seperti WSDL (Web services Description Language) dan UDDI (Universal Description Discovery, and Integration) merupakan kombinasi antar XML (eXtensible Markup Language) yang dikirim melalui HTTP (Hypert Text Transport Protocol), web service menjanjikan banyak kemudahan dan perbaikan dalam mendukung integrasi berbagai platform sistem dan aplikasi, baik melalui infrastruktur Intranet maupun Internet. Hasil dari implementasi teknologi web service untuk aplikasi integrasi layanan puskesmas dan rumah sakit, yang diperoleh dengan melakukan pengujian pada masing-masing service yang tersedia dan pengujian pada aplikasi. Hal ini telah menunjukkan bahwa web service yang berfungsi sebagai service provider mampu mendukung service requester dan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem.

Hospital as one of public health care institutions will serve patients in everyday transactions. Service delivery and action in many cases will affect the condition and comfort for patients. The sooner the better because it involves the lives of patients. Seeing this situation, it is appropriate if the hospital uses a computer advancement, both software and hardware in upanya help handling of management previously done manually. The network of health care systems requires information systems that support each other and linked, so that every activity and health programs implemented and perceived by society can be known, understood, anticipated and are managed by the best. Thus, after the construction of much needed health system that integrates information both within the health sector (inter-program and inter-level), and outside the health sector, namely the referral hospital information system network operator or referral hospital. Web Service is a software system designed to support interoperable interaction between machine to machine on the network, where the concept of web service technology emerged to support distributed systems running on different infrastructures. SOAP (Simple Object Application Protocol) and some of the technologies are supported such as WSDL (Web Services Description Language) and UDDI (Universal Description Discovery and Integration) is a combination of XML (eXtensible Markup Language), which are sent via HTTP (Hypert Text Transport Protocol), Web services promise a lot of convenience and improvement in supporting the integration of various platforms and application systems, either through an intranet or the Internet infrastructure. Results from the application of web services technology apply integration services for hospitals and community health center, which is achieved by performing evaluation in all available services and evaluation of accessed application. It shows that web services which have function as a service provider are capable to support service requester and they work well to meet the needed systems.
