EVALUASI EFEKTIFITAS SISTEM INFORMASI PEMASARAN di PT BATIK DANAR HADI SOLO

Mengevaluasi efektifitas suatu sistem informasi sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan, untuk mengetahui keadaan yang sesungguhnya atas sistem informasi yang telah implementasikan, secara rinci, apakah masih mampu memenuhi tujuan awal implementasinya atau sudah perlu pengembangan ataupun perbaikan untuk mendukung proses bisnis secara optimal demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Model of Information System Effectiveness untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas sistem informasi pemasaran di PT. Batik Danar Hadi melalui sembilan faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas sistem, yaitu : system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self-efficacy, information system use, individual impact, information system satisfaction, dan organizational impact, serta menguji hubungan pengaruh antar faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis kuesioner yang diisi oleh seluruh manager dan staf bagian pemasaran PT. Batik Danar Hadi, dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisa dengan α =0,05 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis pada Model of Information System Effectiveness diterima, hanya satu hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu information quality terhadap perceived ease of use. Implementasi sistem informasi pemasaran cukup memadai dan bermanfaat serta berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi perusahaan

Evaluating the effectiveness of information systems is necessary for companies to know the real state of the implementation of information systems in detail whether it is still able to fulfill the original purpose of its implementation or it is necessary to develop or improve the system to optimally support the business processes in order to achieve the corporate objectives. This research uses The Model of Information System Effectiveness to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing information system in PT. Batik Danar Hadi by using the nine factors that influence the effectiveness of the system, i.e: system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self-efficacy, information system use, individual impact, information system satisfaction, and organizational impact, and to examine the influencial relationship between these factors. This research was conducted by analyzing the questionnaires filled out by all managers and staff of the marketing department of PT. Batik Danar Hadi, that consisted of 50 respondents. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the software of SmartPLS. The results of the analysis using α = 0.05 shows that all the hypotheses in Model of Information System Effectiveness is acceptable and only one hypothesis is rejected, i.e: information quality upon perceived ease of use. The implementation of marketing information system is adequate and useful and it affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
