PERANCANGAN PLATFORM APLIKASI KEPEMERINTAHAN DI KOTA MAGELANG DENGAN MODEL E-GOVERNMENT INTEROPERABILITY FRAMEWOR

Perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mulai diadopsi oleh Pemerintah Kota Magelang. Banyak aplikasi khusus yang telah dikembangkan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pelayanan di tiap instansi. Tapi sampai saat ini belum ada suatu aturan baku yang mengatur pengembangan dan penggunaan aplikasi khusus tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi yang masih tanpa aturan baku tersebut juga mengurangi kemampuan interoperabilitas dan sinergi data antar aplikasi. Maka diinginkan untuk dikembangkan suatu kerangka kerja untuk pengembangan dan penggunaan aplikasi, sehingga dapat terwujud interoperabilitas antar aplikasi. Pengembangan kerangka kerja disusun dari berbagai e- Government Interoperability Framework (eGIF), dengan menggunakan antar muka web dan web service. eGIF ini akan mengatur sisi teknis dan non-teknis pengembangan dan penggunaan aplikasi khusus kepemerintahan di Pemerintah Daerah Kota Magelang.

The development of information and communication technologies world has begun to be adopted by the Local Government of Magelang Regency. Many specific applications have been developed to support business process services in each agency. But until now there is no one rule that regulate the development and use of these special applications. Applications are still being developed without a fixed rule. This also reduces the ability of interoperability and synergy of data between applications. So a framework for the development and use of applications, need to be dveloped, so interoperability between applications can be realized. This framework developed and composed of various e-Government Interoperability Framework (eGIF), using a web interface and web service. eGIF will govern the technical and non-technical development and use of each specific application of governance at the Local Government of Magelang Regency.
