Pengaruh Implementasi The Anti Bullying and Teasing Program Tema Komunitas Oleh Guru Dalam Menurunkan Frekuensi Perilaku Bullying di Kelas Taman Kanak-Kanak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa pengaruh The Anti Bullying and Teasing Program tema komunitas dalam menurunkan frekuensi perilaku bullying di kelas prasekolah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari sekolah yang sama, yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Desain the untreated contro group with removed treatment digunakan untuk memeriksa pengaruh program. Program didasarkan pada The Anti Bullying and Teasing Book for Preschool Classroom (Sprung, Froschl, & Hinitz, 2005). Program terdiri dari enam jam program orientasi intensif untuk para guru dan sepuluh sesi aktivitas tema komunitas untuk diimplementasikan oleh guru kepada siswanya di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa The Anti Bullying and Teasing Program tema komunitas berpengaruh dalam menurunkan frekuensi perilaku bullying siswa di kelas.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of The Anti Bullying and Teasing Program to decrease the frequency of bullying behavior and also its intensity in preschool classroom. Students of two classrooms in the same preschool whose meet the criteria of inclusion was included as subjects of study. The untreated control group design with removed treatment was used to examine the program’s effect. The program is based on The Anti Bullying and Teasing Book for Preschool Classroom (Sprung, Froschl, & Hinitz, 2005). The program was consisted of six hours intensive orientation program for teachers and ten sessions of community theme activities for students implemented by teachers. This study showed that the Anti Bullying and Teasing Program had an influence on the decreasing frequency of bullying behavior in subjects.
