KOMPETENSI GURU MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN THE ANTI BULLYING AND TEASING PROGRAM FOR PRESCHOOL CLASSROOM COMMUNITY THEME

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan The Anti Bullying and Teasing Program for Preschool Classroom Community Theme untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Guru mengimplementasikan program. Seluruh Guru di salah satu Taman Kanakkanak di Sleman akan dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Kriteria Guru yang akan dilibatkan adalah menyetujui secara tertulis untuk melaksanakan keseluruhan rangkaian program, serta menyetujui secara tertulis untuk tidak menerapkan program lain yang sejenis di kelas mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Kompetensi Guru dalam mengimplementasikan program akan dibandingkan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Knowledge Guru terhadap program diukur menggunakan skala, sedangkan performance Guru diukur melalui observasi perilaku. Performance Guru dalam menerapkan prosedur aktivitas juga akan dilihat pada proses monitoring selama pelaksanaan aktivitas di kelas beserta skala adherence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan kompetensi Guru dalam mengimplementasikan program pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of The Anti- Bullying and Teasing Program for Preschool Classroom Community theme training in improving teacher competence. All Teachers in one kindergarten in Sleman will be involved in this study. Criteria Teachers who will be involved is agreed to implement a whole series of programs, and agreed to not apply to other similar programs in their classrooms. This study uses one-group pretest-posttest design. Teacher competency in implementing program will be compared before and after training. Knowledge Teachers of the program was measured using the scale, while the teacher performance is measured through behavioral observation. Teacher Performance in implementing the activity procedures will also be seen in the monitoring process during the implementation of activities in the classroom along with adherence scale. Results showed that changes in teacher competence in implementing the program at the time before and after training.
