Empathicsupportspousesisimportantforpregnantwomen’sbecauseitcanimprovethepsychologicalwell-being.Generally,empathicsupportspousesisneededineverystateinthefamily.Empathicsupportfromspousesprogramrequireactiveparticipationfrommemberofthecommunity.Multilevelfacilitatingwillbeintroducedtothecommunityasanewmethodthatcanincreasetheiractiveparticipationinthisprogram.ThepurposeofthisstudywassSuamiPEKAasamultilevelfacilitatingprogramincommunitycanincreasetheempathicsupporthusbandonthefamilyespciallyhispregnantwife..Subjectsofthisstudyiscoregroupsconsisitedofsixhealthpersonnelmenanddownlinersgroupconsistedoffivepregnantwomenhusband’sandsixstkeholderinthecommunity.Coregroupswillteach6x2down-linersinthecommunity.Theinstrumentuseinthisstudyarefacilitatingskillscaleandempathicsupporthusbandscale.Researchdesignusedwasonegrouppretestandposttestdesign.ResultshowedthatSuamiPEKAtraining,canmadebehaviorchangeofhusband’sandmultilevelfasiltatingcanbeappliedinthecommunity.
