PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE PORTAL INTRANET UNTUK INSTANSI PEMERINTAH DAERAH BERDASAR CONNECTED GOVERNMENT (Kasus:Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi, dan Informatika Provinsi DIY)

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang konsep portal intranet berbasis connected government dan mengambil best practices dari portal intranet yang telah ada, yaitu POINT Telkom dan WAIKI. Dari hasil best practices tersebut didapat suatu bentuk konsep pengembangan prototipe yang mendukung aktivitas perkantoran dan komunikasi internal, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat menghubungkan unit-unit kerja dan aplikasi yang telah ada sebelumnya. Untuk mendapatkan masukan terkait model diadakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebanyak tiga kali untuk mendapatkan masukan dan saran pengembangan prototipe lebih lanjut. Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah sebuah prototipe portal intranet dengan pendekatan connected government yang akan menjadi sebuah rekomendasi kepada Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Pemerintah Provinsi DIY.

This study describes the concept of connected government-based intranet portal and take the best practices of existing intranet portal, namely Telkom and WAIKI POINT. From the results of these best practices gained a form of concept prototype that supports the development of office activities and internal communications, which is expected to connect the working units and existing application. To get the associated model inputs were held Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as much as three times to get input and suggestions further prototype development. Results to be achieved is an intranet portal prototype connected government approach that would be a recommendation to the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology Government of DIYProvince.
