PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM CERDAS BERBASIS J2ME SEBAGAI ALAT BANTU PENDIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT PADA BALITA DAN ANAK

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, dikembangkan pula suatu teknologi yang mampu mengadopsi proses cara berpikir manusia yaitu teknologi Artificial Intelligence atau kecerdasan buatan. Sebuah sistem cerdas yang didalamnya mengandung pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimasukkan oleh satu atau banyak pakar ke dalam satu area pengetahuan tertentu sehingga setiap orang dapat menggunakannya untuk memecahkan berbagai masalah yang bersifat spesifik biasanya disebut dengan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar dalam hal ini adalah permasalahan tentang kesehatan pada balita dan anak. Oleh sebab itu dibuatlah sebuah penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem cerdas yang menerapkan metode expert system berbasis J2ME yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam melakukan identifikasi penyakit umum pada balita dan anak secara dini. Sehingga penanganan lebih lanjut terhadap penyakit tersebut dapat dengan cepat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas kerja dan lebih mengefisienkan waktu karena sifatnya yang mobile. Sistem ini terbagi atas 2 sistem yaitu sistem pada mobile device dan sistem pada desktop dan dapat diperbaharui pengetahuannya melalu mobile device dan melalui desktop yang terhubung ke internet. Output yang dihasilkan berupa hasil diagnosa berdasarkan gejala yang dimasukkan oleh pengguna dan pengobatannya. Hasil diagnosa ini memiliki tingkat ketidakpastian yang didapat dari perhitungan pembobotan. Besarnya komposisi bobot untuk tiap tahap pemeriksaan didapatkan tergantung dari pengalaman seorang dokter. Sistem ini bersifat dinamis, dengan pengetahuan yang dapat ditambahkan untuk dimutakhirkan setiap saat tanpa melakukan perubahan terhadap source code sistem.

As the development of technology, also developed a technology that is able to adopt the process of human thinking that is Artificial Intelligence technology. An intelligent system containing with knowledge and experience that is inserted by one or more experts into one particular area of knowledge so that everyone can use it to solve specific problems that are commonly referred to as expert systems. Expert system in this case is about health problems in toddlers and children. Therefore made a research for solve that. The objective of this research is to create intelligent systems that implement a J2ME method based expert system which can be used to assist in identifying common disease in toddlers and children early on. Thus, further treatment of the disease can quickly be done to improve work effectiveness and minimize the time because it is mobile. This system consists of 2 systems there are systems on mobile devices and desktop systems and can be updated via mobile devices and knowledge through a desktop that connect to the internet. Output produced a diagnosis based on the symptoms entered by the user and its treatment. The result of this diagnosis have a level of uncertainty derived from the weighting calculations. The amount of the composition of the weights for each stage of inspection is obtained depending on the experience of a doctor. This system is dynamic, with knowledge that can be added to updated all the time without making changes to the source code of the system.
