Salah satu rencana RSP AD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad yaitu ingin menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit, yang berteknologi informasi, manajemen rumah sakit mengharapkan biaya operasional bisa ditekan, karena sesuatu kegiatan bisa dinilai lebih tepat, cepat; semua monitoring rumah sakit dapat dilakukan dengan mudah; memperoleh kesimpulan pada saat diperlukan; juga dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien dengan proses mekanisme pelayanan yang lebih cepat, dan teliti. Metodologi yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FAST, peneliti menggunakan lima dari tujuh fase yang terdapat dalam pengembangan sistem FAST. Fase tersebut adalah investigasi keputusan dan perancangan sistem. Kelompok populasi penelitian yang dipergunakan di sini adalah staf pada level managerial di Human Resources Department berdasarkan ijin yang diperoleh dari Kepala Bagian Departemen tersebut. Dalam rangka penelitian, Penulis memberikan gambaran sistem yang sederhana berupa rancangan sistem yang terintegrasi di instalasi rawat jalan, instalasi rawat inap dan sarana penunjang lainnya yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan serta keinginan pengguna, dan manajemen RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad dan disesuaikan dengan prosedur yang ada dan ICD-1 0.

The one of Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Army Centre hospital plans i.e. willing to conduct Hospital information system with the information technology, the hospital management hopes that operational cost can be reduced, because the activity can be assesed accurately and fast; all hospital monitoring can give satisfaction to patient with the quick and conscientiousness mechanism process. The methodology FAST is used in this research. The author uses five of seven phases in FAST system development. These phases are the preliminary investigation, the problem analysis, the requirement analaysi, the decision analysis and the system design. The management level in human resources department is the population which used in this research, based on the authority given from the function of human resources department. In regards of the research, the author gives the simple system description on the integration system design in outpatient department, inpatient department and also supporting facilities which can be fulfilled the necessities and desires of the users and RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad's management and appropriated with the existing procedure and ICD-10.
