Pengelolaan tanaman terpadu padi sawah terhadap produksi dan pendapatan petani di Kabupaten Bantul

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat penerapan teknologi PTT Padi Sawah dan non PTT Padi Sawah (2) pengaruh PTT Padi Sawah terhadap produksi dan pendapatan petani. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Timbulharjo dan Pendowoharjo Kecamatan Sewon Kabupaten Bantul. Jumlah petani sampel 90 orang, dipilih secara random sampling. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pelaksanaan studi komparatif, mencakup 3 musim tanam yaitu Musim Hujan (MH) 2008/2009, Musim Kemarau (MK) I 2009, Musim Kemarau (MK) II 2009. Analisis data menggunakan metode tabulasi, regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi Cobb Douglas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Benih, pupuk Urea, pupuk Phonska, pupuk Organik dan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi dan pendapatan petani. Berdasarkan analisis aspek sosial, PTT Padi Sawah memberikan motivasi belajar dan berpengaruh pada kemajuan kelompok tani. Ditinjau dari aspek lingkungan, penerapan PTT Padi Sawah berpengaruh terhadap pelestarian kesuburan tanah dan keseimbangan agroekosistem sawah. Penerapan teknologi PTT petani peserta LL lebih baik dibandingkan dengan petani Non peserta LL. Berdasarkan pada aspek ekonomi, sosial dan ekologi, PTT Padi Sawah berpengaruh terhadap produksi dan pendapatan petani.

This study aims to determine’ (1) the adoption level of PTT ’s participants and non PTT ‘s participants (2) the production and income of farmers. The study was conducted in Timbulharjo and Pendowoharjo Vilagges, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. The sample are 90 farmers, selected by random sampling. This research used descriptive analitycal method by implementing the technique of comparative studies, covering three cropping seasons namely Rainy Seasons (RS) 2008/2009, Dry Seasons (DS) I 2009, and Dry Seasons (DS) II 2009. The data was tabulated and multiple analised by regression methode with Cobb Douglas Function Approach. The results show that the variable of seeds, Urea, Phonska , Organic fertilizer and Labors have affected on Rice Production and Famer’s Income. Based on the analisys of social aspect, Lowland Rice Integrated Crop Management is providing motivation to learn and influence the progress of group of Farmer’s. From the environmental aspect, the application of Integrated Crop Management has influenced soil fertility and rice agroecosystem. Integrated Management Technology by Farmers Field laboratory participants are better than non participants farmers. Based on economy, social and ecological aspect, Lowland Rice Integrated Crop Management has incerased on Rice Production and Farmer’s Income.
