Rancang bangun data warehouse dalam menentukan profit penjualan obat apotek :: Kasus Data stok obat apotek

Data obata adalah asset data penting bagi apotek. Ketersediaan obat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien sangat vital bagi pasien dan apotek. Apalagi dalam hal penentuan harga obat untuk memprediksi profit penjualan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan ada selisih harga antara harga obat yang di belidari supplier obat dalam hal ini Perusahaan Besar Farma (PBF) yang memiliki izin untuk supply dan droping obat di apotek. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini berkaitan dengan rancang bangun data warehouse yang mengolah data penjualan sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu manajemen Apotek dan apoteker untuk menentukan profit penjualan obat yang ada selama periode sebulan sertajumlah obat yang banyak terjual. Dari hasil uji coba telah dihasilkan informasi penjualan, seperti informasi penjualan perkasir per waktu, informasi penjualan produk dalam kurun waktu sebulan. Pada aplikasi OLAP, penerapannya pada penentuan jumlah obat terjual, jumlah pendapatan dan besar biaya pembelian obat. Pada Cube Penjualan semakin menambah informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu manajemen menentukan jumlah stok profit yang diperoleh dalam suatu periode. Tools yang digunakan untuk membuat data warehouse ini adalah MS Access untuk data OLTP, SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) 2008 untuk ETL (Extraction Tranformation Loading) untuk tranformasi data dari MS Access ke SQL Server dan SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS) 2008 untuk aplikasi OLAP dan MS Excell 2007 untuk view cube data warehouse.

Drug asset data is important for pharmacy for availability drug of information and data stock. Availability of the drugs for patient sand pharmaciesis very important and vitalility. Especially in terms of drug pricing to forecast sales profit. It’s because there is a difference between the price in purchasing drugs from the drug supplier in this case Big farma’s Companies (PBF), which had a license to supply with allocation at a pharmacy. The research is relate with designing a data warehouse wich processing sales data for being produce information that can be used to help the management of pharmacies and pharmacists for determine the profits of drug sales during the period of a month and the number of drug selling. From the trial results has been generated sales information, such as sales information percashier per time, sales of products information within a month. At OLAP applications, the application in the quantity of drugs sold out determined, amount of revenue and cost of drug purchases. On Sale Cube progressively adding information that can be used to help management to determine the amount of profit earned in a period stocks. Tools that used to create a data warehouse was a OLTP data to MS Access, SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) 2008 for ETL (Extraction Transformation Loading) to transform data from MS Access to SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008 for OLAP applications and MS Excel 2007 to view cube data warehouse.
