Pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada aparat pengawas intern pemerintah sebagai responden. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh poulasi sebanyak 64 orang. Data dianalisis dengan mengunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, kompetensi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo. Kedua, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo. Ketiga, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negative terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Provinsi Gorontalo.

This reset aims (1) To analyze the effect of competence on the quality of the audit at Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province, (2) To analyze the effect of work discipline on the quality of the audit at Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province, (3) To analyze the effect of organizational commitment to quality assessment Inspectorate Gorontalo Province. This research was conducted in Gorontalo. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire distributed to the government's internal watchdog officials as respondents. The samples taken are all populasi counted 64 peoples. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. Results showed that first, competence but not significant positive effect on the quality of the audit at Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. Second, work discipline and significant positive effect on the quality of the audit at Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. Third, the negative impact the organization's commitment to quality assessment Inspectorate Gorontalo Province.
