Pemanfaatan website oleh kehumasan :: Studi kasus di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian di muka secara lengkap dan mendalam tentang humas Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Yogyakarta eks IKIP dalam memanfaatkan website Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, humas UNY dalam memanfaatkan website masih terkendala pada Sumber Daya Manusia yang masih terbatas dari segi kemampuan penguasaan informasi teknologi serta pengemasan informasi melalui media online.

This study aims to answer the research questions in advance in full and in-depth about public relations, State University of Yogyakarta as one public university in Yogyakarta, the former Teachers' Training College in making use of Yogyakarta State University website and find out the factors that lie behind them. Based on the results of research, public relations UNY in utilizing the website is still constrained in Human Resources are still limited in terms of mastery of information technology capabilities as well as packaging information through online media.
