Pengaruh free cash flow terhadap besaran utang: Analisis perolehan aktiva tetap :: Studi pada perusahaan properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007-2009

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besaran pengaruh FCF terhadap Perolehan Aktiva Tetap pada perusahaan sektor property. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis keberadaan Perolehan Aktiva Tetap terhadap besaran Utang dan juga terhadap besaran pengaruh antara FCF dan besaran Utang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 36 perusahaan yang tergolong di sektor property pada Bursa Efek Indonesia salama rentan waktu 2007 sampai 2009. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program E-views 5.1 untuk program windows. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan hubungan negatif yang lemah antara FCF terhadap besaran utang , hubungan negatif yang lemah antara besaran Perolehan Aktiva Tetap terhadap besaran utang, dan juga terdapat hubungan negatif yang lemah antara keberadaan Perolehan Aktiva Tetap terhadap besaran pengaruh FCF terhadap besaran Utang.

The objective of this study is to examine the amount of impact of FCF to the amount of debt in the company that categorized in property sector. This study also examines the existence the addition of fixed asset to amount of debt and the amount of the impact of FCF to the amount of debt. This study use sample of 36 companies that categorized into property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period, year 2007 until 2009. The statistic method used to test the hypothesis is panel data regression with return model in E-Views 5.1 for windows program. The empirical result indicate the weak negative correlation between FCF to the amount of debt, weak negative correlation between the existence the addition of fixed asset to the amount of debt, and the last one there are also weak negative correlation between the existence the addition of fixed asset to amount of the impact FCF to amount of debt.
