Analisis citra termal berbasis dimensi fraktal untuk diagnosis kanker payudara

Penyakit kanker merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian utama di negara Asia Tenggara. Di negara maju, kanker menjadi penyebab kedua kematian. Di Indonesia, kanker menduduki peringkat keenam sebagai penyebab kematian utama. Penelitian mengenai citra kanker payudara dengan menggunakan kamera Fluke Ti20 Thermal Imager belum banyak dilakukan, salah satu parameter deteksi kanker payudara adalah dengan metode analisis fraktal. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu ciri berdasarkan nilai dimensi fraktal dari citra biner. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 10 pasien payudara normal, 10 pasien kanker payudara stadium dini dan 10 pasien kanker payudara stadium lanjut yang telah diambil melalui kamera Fluke Ti20 Thermal Imager dan disimpan dalam software insideIR 3.1.1, kemudian melakukan pemrosesan citra grayscale, cropping dan segmentasi dengan nilai ambang sehingga didapat citra biner untuk kemudian dicari dimensi fraktalnya.

Cancer was one of the causes of the main death in South-East Asian countries. In developed countries, cancer became the cause of the two deaths. In Indonesia, cancer occupied the sixth level as the cause of the main death. The research concerning the image of breasts cancer by using the camera of Fluke Ti20 Thermal Imager often was not yet carried out, one of the detection parameters of breasts cancer was with the analysis method fractal. The aim of this method of being to get a characteristic was based on the value of the fractal dimension from the binary image. This research used 10 data patient normal breast, 10 data early patient and 10 data patient cancer stage of disease who were taken through the camera of Fluke Ti20 Thermal Imager and were kept in software inside ir 3.1.1 afterwards carried out the processing of the image grayscale, cropping and segmentation with the value of the threshold so as to be gotten by the binary image, to afterwards be looked for by the of fractal dimension.
