Model dasar infeksi virus untuk hepatitis B

2010 | Tesis | S2 MatematikaPada Tesis ini dibahas tentang perbaikan model dasar infeksi virus (Amanded Basic Virus Infection Model/ABVIM). Dengan mendefinisikan Basic Infection Reproductive Number yang bebas dari kapasitas batasnya (carriying capacity), sehingga ABVIM lebih layak untuk menggambarkan infeksi virus Hepatitis B. Perilaku kestabilan titik equilibrium bebas virus dan titik equilibrium endemik ABVIM berdasarkan nilai Basic Infection Reproductive Numbernya juga diberikan. Hal ini menjelaskan seseorang yang awalnya terinfeksi akan bebas atau tetap terinfeksi virus hepatitis B. Simulasi numerik yang memperlihatkan perilaku kestabilan di titik equilibrium juga diberikan.
In This thesis it is discussed about Amanded Basic Virus Infection Model (ABVIM) by defining Basic Infection Reproductive Number which is free from their Carriying Capacity, so ABVIM more appropriate to describe the hepatitis B virus infection. Stability behavior of virus-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point which is based on the value of Basic Infection Reproductive Number also provided. This explains the initially infected person will be free or fixed infected with hepatitis B. The numerical simulation shows the behavior of the stability of equilibrium points are also given.
