Hal ini terjadi jika perawat mempersepsikan ganjaran instrinsik (misal: rasa telah tercapai sesuatu) dan ganjaran ekstrinsik (misal: gaji/insentif) yang diterimanya telah adil dan wajar. Adanya kepuasan kerja pada perawat akan menimbulkan motivasi untuk hadir di tempat kerja sehingga angka ketidakhadiran akan rendah. Kepuasan kerja juga dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan fisik dan mental yaitu berdampak terhadap kebugaran fisik, semangat kerja dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi sehingga kinerja perawat akan tinggi. Tujuan Penelitian. Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan persepsi perawat tentang kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat pasca sertifikasi ISO 9001/2008 di RS. PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Metode Penelitian. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat penjelasan (explanatory) secara survey dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear. Variabel penelitian adalah variabel independen kepuasan kerja dan persepsi perawat tentang kepemimpinan dan variabel dependen kinerja perawat. Sampel penelitian adalah 95 perawat yang bekerja di RS.PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Instrumen penelitian mempergunakan skala, kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Sumber data adalah perawat, pasien dan beberapa narasumber. Hasil Penelitian. Hasil analisis dari uji Anova didapatkan F hitung 26,44, tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan nilai keeratan hubungan 0,44. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan persepsi perawat tentang kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat pasca sertifikasi ISO 9001/2008 di RS.PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Keeratan hubungannya termasuk kategori sedang. Nilai R Square (koefisien determinasi) adalah 36,5%. Artinya kepuasan kerja perawat dan persepsi perawat tentang kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja perawat sebesar 36,5%. Kesimpulan. Adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan persepsi perawat tentang kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat pasca sertifikasi ISO 9001/2008 di RS. PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat hendaknya perawat meningkatkan inovasi dalam bekerja. Pimpinan rumah sakit hendaknya meningkatkan fungsi pengawasan dan meningkatkan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja di rumah sakit.
Background. Job satisfaction and high quality health services in hospitals will improve the nurse performance. This occurs when the nurses perceive intrinsic rewards (e.g. feel something has achieved) and extrinsic rewards (e.g. salary/incentives) which has been received were fair and reasonable. The job satisfaction in nurses will raise motivation in the workplace so that the numbers of absence will be lower. The job satisfaction can also improve physical and mental health status that has impact on physical fitness, high work morale and motivation so that the nurse performance will be high. Objective. To identify relationship between job satisfaction and nurses perceptions about leadership with the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in PKU Muhammadiyah hospital Gombong. Method. Explanatory quantitative research methods with survey and cross-sectional approach. Data analysis was performed with linear regression test. The independent were variables of job satisfaction and nurse perceptions about leadership and dependent variable was the nurse performance. Samples were 95 nurses who worked in RS. PKU Muhammadiyah, Gombong. The research instruments using modifiying Likert’s scale, questionnaires and interview guides. The data sources are nurses, patients and several informants Result. The analysis result of ANOVA test was found F count 26.44, significance level of 0.000. with relationship value of 0.44. There was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and nurse perceptions about leadership with the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in RS.PKU Muhammadiyah, Gombong. The closeness of relationship is moderate category while R Square value (determination coefficient) was 36.5%. This means that the job satisfaction of nurses and nurse perceptions about leadership is jointly affect the nurse performance about 36.5%. Conclusion. There was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and nurse perception about leadership with the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in RS.PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. To improve the nurse performance, nurses should be make some innovations in their work. The management of hospital should improve the control function and the comfort of work environment in the hospital.
