Implementing and developing a system is an expensive project, so evaluating it would be an extremely urgent matter in order to make sure that the system would be useful and easy to use based on the user perception. This study using descriptive statistical analysis tried to measure the level of Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) in a governmental institution. Additional analysis using simple regression would complete this study in order to find out the relationship between demographic characteristics and PU and PEOU variables. The finding reveals that the system implemented in the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has been quite useful and easy to use—moderate level— but still has room for improvement. Only information system type could predict PU and PEOU variables. The finding also identifies that six essential aspects should be noticed by DGT in order to improve the system's usefulness and ease of use.
